From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The view was simply breathtaking, and every detail throughout the unit reflected such thoughtfulness and care. We were especially impressed by the attention to detail—it truly exceeded that of many luxury hotels we've stayed in.

This is our second time staying at this property and it is an absolute gem! The process from start to finish was easy with great communication. The property is beautiful and immaculately clean. A beautiful ocean view from the balcony and wonderful pools and beach access. We enjoyed the kid-friendly accommodations and the proximity to the beach. We certainly will be back!!

Our stay at Terrace of Pelican, Room 803, was wonderful! From the moment we walked in, it felt welcoming. There was a thoughtful welcome note, snacks, a fresh smell, and everything was so clean. The beach towels, beach items, and little travel essentials people often forget made our stay even easier. The owners were amazing. They even messaged us about a seafood festival happening nearby and shared the dates and times so we could check it out. The room looked just like the photos, but the photos can’t capture the warm, home-like feeling our family enjoyed while we were there.Beach is only a quick walk across the parking lot. You walk to some of the most beautiful views in Destin. You absolutely cannot go wrong with this property! It’s a great place for a family vacation or a getaway. I would stay here 1,000 times over! Thank you for making our vacation stay top tier!

We had excellent communication throughout the visit. Once we arrived we were amazed at the level of detail and care provided to make sure we had everything needed. It is beautifully decorated and a perfect location. It was also fully stocked including coffee, snacks and water bottles to get us comfortable before heading to the store. We enjoyed our visit so much we made sure to tell friends and family so they visit too.
