Många av våra gäster kommer till Sydöstra Oklahoma för basfiske, öringfiske och båtliv och behöver bara en stuga som ger dem ett fullständigt, redo att laga kök, bekväma sängar och en chans att titta på TV eller sitta på däck - Enkelt men ändå bekväm. Våra 3 Oaks-stugor har du täckt! Dessa stugor ger dig valet om antingen 1 sovrum och 1 badrum eller en 1-bädds studioplan med badrum. Alla stugor har kök som levereras med alla diskar, grytor, stekpannor och redskap du behöver för grundläggande familjemåltider. Varje stuga har en eldstad och kolgrill som bara väntar på att du ska slå en match. Bakre däck och täckta verandor är ett utmärkt ställe att koppla av och titta på solnedgången på en hektisk dag - Alla stugor inkluderar en badtunna i sitt eget privata lusthus. Alla stugor är också utrustade med gratis WiFi.

Not as expected

Upon arriving to the cabin, it was very cute and as expected. The longer we were there, the more we noticed. We were looking forward to hanging out in the hot tub after a 4 hour drive in to find that it was filthy dirty. We contacted the property manager and someone promptly came to change the water out. It was nowhere near a comfortable temperature until the next morning. Next, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable and sunken in in the middle which made for an uncomfortable 3 nights. We also noticed black mold throughout the entire cabin but it was heavily noticed in the bathroom and living/dining/kitchen areas. For reasons listed (and not listed) above, not only would we not stay again, but we wouldn’t recommend staying in these cabins to anyone who visits the area.

Great cabin

Great cabin. We loved our stay here. Everything was streamlined and simple with checkin and checkout. Hot tub was super nice. Cabin is tucked back in the woods.

It was in the perfect spot not too far from stores but far enough away from all others. The cabin was absolutely perfect inside and out. We loved the inside of the cabin. We would stay there again.

Great cozy cabin, with every thing you need!

This cabin was great, nothing to complain about really. I was kind of worried by the pictures that it would feel really cramped, but its actually very cozy. A lot of things are provided in the kitchen. Very clean, and all the furniture is very comfortable! Location is great too, short drive to all that Hochatown has to offer, but still away from busy roads. Loved it! We also had a few questions before booking and the host was very good at getting back with us and answering all of our questions. The only thing I think needs updating would be the bed, but it wasn't bad at all. Honestly we were so tired from all the adventures during the day that we could have slept on the floor!

It was ok,.. That's all I can say, Not horrible, but an ok stay

We've been to several cabins so I was a little disappointed in a few things. There is some maintenance that needs to be done for sure. My husband had to fix the wheel on the bed the entire stay. Please replace the plastic dinner plates and bowls they have been worn out from what I assume as microwave use.The backs of all chairs need to be tightened, all the jets in the hot tub don't work at one time so we had to moves to one side. Patio could use some big screens, especially with summer coming we fought bugs all night. No complimentary anything, not a pack of coffee or a cheap wine for the nice glasses they had on display and we washed our own dishes, so I assume cleaning fee is just for washing..Not the best cabin stay weve had, but we were together so that's all that mattered.

Great rainy days

Even though it rained most of the time we were here, we enjoyed hanging out by the hot tub or doing some indoor activities like axe throwing or whiskey tasting. Wish the unit would have had some more towels. 4 towels were not enough for a 4 night stay and using the hot tub for 2 people. We nonetheless enjoyed our stay. Gotta love Hootchatown.❤️

Anniversary getaway

My husband is fighting cancer, so it is difficult to make long-range plans. He was feeling well enough to get away for our 49th wedding anniversary, so I was thrilled to be able to book this at the last minute for several days during the week. The cabin is clean, tastefully and comfortably decorated, and well equipped. We really enjoyed the hot tub. The area is beautiful this time of year, and it was fun exploring. We appreciated being able to bring our cat. She loves to travel with us and adapts well. Due to my husband’s health, we had to sell our camping trailer, and we were thankful to be able to enjoy a similar experience with less work on our part.

Perfect getaway location!

We loved the location and the cabin was adorable. It had great outdoor areas and was very clean, with all the necessities included, too! The hot tub was so nice after a long day on the river. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Can't wait to come back.

Awesome location and nice amenities

The cabin is located pretty close to all the Broken Bow action (Beaver Bend state park and surrounding attractions) - but off the beaten path enough to give you that “getaway” or “glamping” feel. Note: Beaver Bend State park has awesome water activities and trail activities. We had a ton of fun! There is also plenty of good dining / drinking locations nearby. THE CABIN: The cabin was adequate. Not super nice but not yucky either. It’s the perfect “budget” option for a couple on, well, a budget! The hot tub was very clean and nice and offered a decent amount of privacy. The cabin was just large enough for my wife and me, and our small dog. Everything worked well. The kitchen is small but again, adequate. The bed is a “double” so… again, just adequate. I’ve slept on worse mattresses - but I’ve also slept on much better. The cabin was very clean and decorated nicely. I’d definitely stay here again! The area is so fun and this cabin is in the sweet spot of “relatively cheap, but nice enough”. The reason I am giving 4 stars vice 5 is because we called the office numerous times and could never get a human. I also emailed them and never got a response. I also messaged them via VRBO and never got a response. Fortunately we had no real issues to resolve, but the power did go out for 30 minutes the morning we were leaving… and I was trying to contact them prior to our arrival to ask a couple of questions… but no response. So, that’s not good….

Oak Hollow

Location was great and easy to get to! Beautiful property and cabin. Had everything we needed and more. Hot tub was very clean and temperature was perfect. I do wish there was a walking path or stones from the hot tub back to the cabin so we didn’t track in dirt/mud. Also, there were a couple spider webs in the shower and dust bunnies on the floor, but other than that, everything was great!!
