This was a great place! It was bigger than we expected. It had beautiful outdoor areas. It was very clean and very comfortable and so many amazing birds on the property too. The kitchen was also very well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall great experience and I enjoyed my stay. The property was clean, spacious, and the views were amazing. It was just as described and communication with the host was easy and straightforward. I hope to stay again.

Danny’s home is great location with unique experience and excellent host. We had an amazing visit and loved the house and artwork! The views were amazing. A peaceful place to get away from the stresses of the world and decompress. We will be back.

It was a bird watchers paradise! I got 22 new birds on my life list while I was in the area! The neighborhood was so peaceful and the view was breathtaking!

A place with a lot of character that felt quintessentially Southwestern. Great sunrise and sunset views. Host was out of country temporarily and yet still very responsive.

Waiting and leaving a bad review is probably not the best way solving simple issues. Thankfully, noone else has mentioned a thing about the hot water in before or in the weeks since. Oddly, the guest never reached out about the issue. Bit of a head scratcher. I made it very clear in welcome manual that it takes a minute for hot water to reach bathroom from garage and to just run the hot to make it arrive ASAP. Can only l guess that a bath or shower was not really desired or needed. Obviously I wouldn't be in business if the hot water didn't work. Apparently guest just wasn't the proactive type and just didn't want to make the effort to address the problem, preferring to just leave a bad review. Such is life.

Really nice stay, although the night we stayed it was super windy and the skylights were rattling and quite noisy. Over all we enjoyed it.

Million dollar view is certainly an accurate description, the sunsets were so beautiful and watching the sun cross the vista in the mornings was incredible. The location is quiet and peaceful, getting to it was a little tricky and a different driving experience for this "flatlander". The house is great, furnishings are comfortable, everything we needed was supplied. Danny is an excellent host, communication was outstanding. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Beautiful large home. Extremely comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Pet friendly host! Nice bedding supplied for our dog. Quiet retreat, incredible views. Quails visited! Communication with the host was excellent. Comfortable furniture, large master bath. We would definitely stay here again. Loved our stay here.

We (Mom & 22 y/o kiddo) had an amazing stay. House was tidy and clean, beds were comfortable, bedding was high quality. Kitchen was well stocked. AMAZING views! Lots of space and privacy. Danny was an awesome host. We enjoyed our stay very much and definitely recommend this place.
