We loved our stay at Grandpa's Cabin! Though not luxury accommodations, the cabin was very comfortable and was stocked with all we needed. The property has a pool room and large gathering area off the kitchen. This property is located on Duck Creek which gave us access to the water via canoe, row boat and kayak located on the premises. It was perfect for our family vacation!

Cozy and spacious stay located near West Yellowstone and Yellowstone park for amazing adventures. Kids enjoyed playing in the snow and we were lucky enough to see some moose.

Our two families stayed at Grandpa's Cabin with a total of 9 people, including 5 teenagers. We had an amazing stay here! The house is actually right on the lake and the kids enjoyed walking down to the lake, fishing and boating. The house has a few boats and paddles, but we did buy some fishing poles, etc. There is a firepit for smores and the kids enjoyed the pool table inside as well. It is only about a 10 min drive from town and the west entrance to Yellowstone. Some things to know about the house if you're reading reviews: the upstairs loft only has a tub, no shower, and the two bedrooms are open to the rest of the house, so can be noisy if anyone else is up and getting breakfast. Overall, we loved this house! The views were incredible here. The lake is amazing. The house is private. The kitchen has all the basics, and the laundry machines were helpful. Marta, the host, was extremely helpful before we arrived as none of us had ever been to Yellowstone or this area. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect Family Stay

Plenty of space for our 14 (ages 70-5). Everyone enjoyed the pool table, canoe rides, views during day and stars nightly! Close to Yellowstone so there during day and back to cabin to relax each night.

We had an incredible stay! The location is stunning, we enjoyed watching wildlife, beautiful sunrises over the mountains, and sunsets that lit up the sky. It felt peaceful and private, yet it was just a quick 10-minute drive to town for anything we needed.The house had plenty of space for our group of 14, with comfy rooms and great shared spaces. One of our favorite parts was hanging out around the outdoor fire pit in the evenings, so relaxing and fun under the stars.Highly recommend for anyone looking for a mountain escape with amazing views and room for everyone!

Relaxing

We had a great time staying at Grandpa.s Cabin. The view of the creek sitting out at the fire pit made each day relaxing and enjoyable with family and friends. This is our second time staying here and we plan on making this happen again and again.

Perfect getaway

We loved our weekend stay at Grandpa's Cabin. We wanted a place with room for 4 teens and 6 adults and this was so spacious and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. I especially enjoyed sitting on the porch by the lake watching the water and listening to the birds.

A Merry Christmas

We enjoyed a wonderful white Christmas at this cabin! We enjoyed watching beautiful swans and playful otters on the water. We appreciated the cleanliness of this cabin and also how well it was stocked!

Stunning Views. Excellent stay

Best Location. Just minutes (and an easy drive) to West Yellowstone. Property practically boarders YNP. A grazing Bison in our yard daily. THE LAKE. Absolutely made this trip! Our kids fished and kayaked around the lake and loved it. Home was lovely and accommodating. Highly recommend.
