Charmiga, historiska möblerad adobe lägenhet i centrum, ca 7 / 10ths av en mil till Santa Fe. Lägenheten har WIFI, satellit-tv, gott om förvaring, sängkläder, handdukar, skrivbord, massor av information om vårt område. Det är gångavstånd till Plaza, DeVargas Mall, motorvägen norr och söder, restauranger, museer, gallerier, kollektivtrafik. Det här är hälften av en duplex, och den angränsande personen har en hund och en katt.
Lägenheten har en combo vardagsrum / sovrum med en dubbelsäng och en Ethan Allen bäddsoffa. Den har all utrustning du behöver i köket, inklusive en tvättmaskin och torktumlare .. TV är en platt skärm och har en DVD-spelare. Huset är från gatan 100 fot, där du får din egen parkeringsplats till höger, inte synlig från gatan.

Denna byggnad uppfördes 1908 och är en ombyggd historisk dubbel adobe. Det var en bröllopsgåva till Minnie Barela. Den har lövträd och klinkergolv och kakel bad. Värmen är gas bottenplatta. Det finns konst från lokala konstnärer på väggarna och andra Santa Fe handen. Det finns sängkläder för säng och en bäddsoffa. Det finns en fönstret enhet AC, sällan används, fläktar, och extra utrymme värmare.

The unit was comfortable and clean. It was well stocked with everything needed for our five night stay. We loved being able to walk to the plaza and Railyard areas and along the river trail. Janet was easy to communicate and checked to be sure we were happy with our accommodations.

Reunion with friends

Our high school friends were having a reunion and we wanted something close and easy to stay in. It was perfect. We walked to dinner but drove most of the time. Loved being so close to the Plaza and downtown

The property was difficult to find, lots of directions from the manager. We were traveling with our dog and found the porch and yard with dog poop everywhere. The window air conditioner was turned on when we arrived but never cooled much. We questioned how clean things were seeing the spaces advertised as dog friendly.

Cute little adobe home

The place was cute, the bed was very comfortable and communication was super easy with Janet.It's a simple place and was perfect for my needs on this trip. I didn't use the parking spot or the barren backyard. The neighbor said hello, but otherwise, I never saw him. Just a note that the place is very dark, so it's best for guests who will be out and about all day. The walk to town is 20 minutes on rustic sidewalks. If you have mobility issues, you might want to map out your route on foot.

This quaint adobe house was perfect for us (a couple and our dog) within walking distance of downtown, and the immediate neighborhood is great for dog walking. Our hostess communicated often, answered any questions and provided several nice extras in the home. Nice stay!

Dog Friendly Apartment in Historic Santa Fe District

This was an older apartment in an historic district of Santa Fe. The neighborhood is within walking distance to the central plaza in downtown. The house was older and has fewer amenities than some of the high end Vrbo properties but was clean and well provisioned with an enclosed backyard for our pup. We were also located near an awesome dog park which allows all dog to be off leash and has many wooded trails.

Great short stay!

We had a great stay here with our dogs. It was clean and well stocked. The directions to get to the house were easy to follow as we're all of the entry instructions and house procedures. Our stay was great and Janet is very responsive as a host. Thank you! We'll be back!

Perfect Stay

This is the place to stay in Santa Fe! The property is conveniently located within walking distance to downtown, the Railyard District, and even a box store shopping area. The kitchen is well stocked, the bed is very comfortable, and the fully fenced in yard is perfect for dogs! Easy to park as well. On top of all this, Janet is a wonderful, thoughtful host! Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Santa Fe!

Downtown apartment

Very cozy place in great location. Perfect for one person, or a young couple. Big back yard for your dog, just check if the occupant of the adjacent apartment is out with theirs. Communication with owner is easy and efficient. Private, quiet, and very convenient. Would love to stay again. spot.

Fun Weekend

We had a very nice stay here. We were able to walk into town and or drive to all the locations we wanted to visit. The home was well appointed and cozy. I would recommend this highly.

I am a long-time real estate broker in Santa Fe (30+ years). I have a 501 (c) (3) animal rescue organization that I manage and pay for by myself. I personally tend to this unit and try to make sure of a wonderful stay and customer satisfaction. I have mostly great reviews on this and other sites.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This house is special because of the location off West San Francisco Street and the fact that it is an historic double adobe built in 1908.. Its convenience and privacy can't be beat. It is like a sanctuary. It is not visible from the main street, and neighbors face in other directions. The beauty and history of the building is impressive. It is completely remodeled, and I update it regularly. Since the 90s it has had 4.5 to 5 star reviews.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Many people enjoy this because they don't need a vehicle to go many places downtown and it has the ambience of a traditional neighborhood. Some have not had vehicles. There is one tenant on the other side with whom you share the front and back porches and back yard who also has pets. You can walk to the mall and its two grocery stores, and walk all over downtown. I have not had any crime experience in this neighborhood in over 25 years, but caution is always advisable.
