Detta är en ny hyra och nyligen köptes och ombyggdes med alla nya möbler och apparater. Din familj och vänner kommer att njuta av detta 4 sovrum, 3 badrum hem med bonus rum och stort parti. Ännu bättre kommer de att njuta av det fantastiska läget nära Pagosa-sjön, Pagosa Springs golfklubb, rekreationscenter med inomhuspool och badtunna, shopping, restauranger och en kort 30 minuters bilresa till skidområdet Wolf Creek.

Det här huset har gott om parkering och när du går uppför trappan kan du njuta av ett trevligt täckt däck med gasgrill och ved till vedspisen. När du går i hemmet kommer du att inse att du befinner dig i en stuga i Colorado med trägolv, väggar och tak. Vardagsrummet är mysigt, matbordet är stort och köket med nya apparater öppnar mot vardagsrummet / matsalen. I hallen hittar du ny tvättmaskin / torktumlare och nerför hallen hittar du ett drottningssovrum och ett våningssängrum för barnen med en full säng på botten och tvilling på toppen med TV i rummet. Båda sovrummen på övervåningen har tillgång till badrummet på övervåningen.

Nedför trappan går du in i det stora bonusrummet (för närvarande inget foto eftersom möbler inte hade levererats ännu) där barnen kan umgås, leka, titta på TV och sova p�� soffan eller luftmadrass. Det finns 2 drottning sovrum på nedervåningen med vardera ett badrum i närheten. Varje sovrum har nya bekväma sängar.

Great Stay

Everything was as advertised. Office was very attentive to our questions and everything worked well in the house. Internet is very speedy. We even woke up to ten inches of snow on our final day. Awesome time in Pagosa.

Spacious, comfortable and convenient!

We were pleased that there were enough beds, baths and a fenced yard for our pups. Conveniently located to downtown Pagosa, hot springs, Wolf Creek skiing and Durango!!

Beautiful decor with a quaint cabin feel and lovely outdoor space.

This was perfect for our weekend get away. Slept 8 adults comfortably, the outdoor area is set up for 6, but beautifylly situated. A quiet neighborhood. There were fans in everyroom, but may be a bit uncomfortable during days over 85 degrees.

Terrific Location and House

The house was conveniently located to downtown, restaurants, mountain biking and hiking trails. The house had a terrific layout and a huge fenced in yard in a quiet neighborhood. Recommend it highly!

Perfection! Even the teens were pleased (miracles never cease!)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our hotel canceled the day before our trip and we were lucky to snag this cabin last minute.What a game changer! We are ruined now - nothing less than this will do in the future. The kitchen was well stocked, there is a lake nearby that made for perfect morning walks. We saw deer, foxes and many types of birds. From the front deck, we watched hot air balloons in the sunrise. Beds were comfortable, no kids had to sleep on couches (although I napped on the living room couch and it was the best!) and there were plenty of bathrooms for our crew. The house stayed cool during the day, and we really enjoyed the wood burning stove at night. I wouldn't change a thing!

Excellent price for the size of the cabin! IF I was to change something it would be to have a King size bed in one of the down stairs bedrooms. We really enjoyed our stay at Lazy Bear Cabin and would like to bring our family the next time we visit Pagosa Springs!

Spring Break at Pagosa Springs

The house with four bedrooms and two living areas was perfect for our large family stay. Although the kitchen is tight, we were able to prepare all our meals, and all gather around the large dining table each evening for dinner.

Great place

Clean and fun spot to stay at. Very cool cabin feel! Short drive to town as well. They had some computer issues causing some hiccups but they were quick to respond. Little tricky to figure out who to contact as well but Scott was quick to respond. I know things happen but they were very professional about getting it corrected. Would love to come back again for another ski trip.

Great cabin in Pagosa Lakes subdivision

Our family enjoyed our stay in Lazy Bear Cabin - plenty of room for our family of 8 adults. The wood burning fireplace in the living room was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Lazy Bear Cabin was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our stay. The location was excellent and provided easy access to ATV rentals (highly recommend Outback ATV Rental), hiking (4 Mile Falls 👍), restaurants, and the hot springs. VIP Co Inc had everything in great shape for us, and check in & out were easy and unobtrusive. I highly recommend them.
