Lägenheten ligger på tredje våningen i byggnaden som ägs av Giorgi - utrustad med en hiss - indikativt ovanför Casato-kurvan och består av två sovrum (ett dubbelrum och ett med två enkelsängar som vid behov kan sammanfogas att bilda en king size-säng), ett kök, en matsal, två badrum.
Lägenheten har tre fönster (två i matsalen och ett i sovrummet) med utsikt över den underbara Piazza, och är utrustad med alla bekvämligheter: öppen spis, värme, luftkonditionering, WiFi, Philips 50-tums Smart Led-TV, CD-spelare och dockstation, minibar, Nespresso kaffemaskin, vattenkokare, centrifug, brödrost, diskmaskin, tvättmaskin - torktumlare, kassaskåp, hårtork. Lägenheten har renoverats under de senaste månaderna och är fullt möblerad med designerbitar.
I lägenheten finns en permanent utställning av verk av samtida konst som skapats av Claudio Maccari som kompletteras med nya verk varannan tredje månad. Varje bit som visas är till försäljning.

We really treated ourself on this visit. And were not disappointed. The situation, the view over the Campo, is wonderful. Our host was very attentive and looked after us well when we needed it. Recommended!

Rossella was amazing and so sweet! The parking service she hooked us up with was fantastic. The apartment is large and lovely and we so enjoyed it for our 2 weeks there.

Beautiful apartment - great location!

The apartment is in the heart of Siena overlooking the piazza. It is very spacious, clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed for a nice stay. Rossella is an excellent host. She was very helpful with car parking, restaurant reservations and recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

Overlooking the Campo in Siena at Night ✨

It was a real treat for us to be able to experience one of our favorite cities in the world at night. In the past we’ve been limited to daytime visits. The apartment was very comfortable but on a holiday weekend, watch out. It can be very noisy in the Campo. My only suggestion for improvement would be more lighting in the living room. We are delighted with having been able to stay.

Outstanding!!

Palazzo Giorgi was absolutely perfect in every way! The only downside was leaving! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the location could not be better. Rosella and Costanza are wonderful. It’s a very special place and I sincerely hope to return.

Everything was lovely and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect for exploring and the apartment perfect for just relaxing and looking out over the Piazza with a lovely glass of chianti. Love the mix of artwork in all the rooms. Grazie Mille Rossella.

Amazing

The VRBO was exactly as described. No issues. The access to the 3rd floor unit was enhanced by the elevator. The beautiful view from our windows of the Piazza all Campo made for the most enjoyable experience while sipping on our espresso in the morning and Chianti in the evening.

Perfect Stay

We were met by Rossella personally when we got to the apartment. Communication was awesome during the entire process. The apartment is just as advertised. The property looks directly over the Campo. Photos of the property look great but to see it with your own eyes will really make you happy about your decision to book this apartment. The place is really big and very clean. Location can’t be beat because you are within 5 to 10 minute walk to great restaurants, Cafe’s, shops and of course Gelato right around the corner. If you are lucky enough to book the apartment do it. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect!

Could not be more perfect!

My sister, my niece, and I spent two nights in this beautiful apartment over looking the Campo and it was wonderful. The view was outstanding and there was a market set up yet it was not too noisy and it was joyful to see the venders and the parades of the contradas marching through. The Apartment is decorated with local art , very comfortable and everything is in perfect working order. I wish we would have stayed longer. Rosella is the perfect hostess and very helpful and kind. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience! I hope to visit you again.

Location Location, Location!

This apartment suited us perfectly! It’s on the Campo and offers a splendid view from both the living room and the primary bedroom. It is spacious and comfortable and very well maintained. The owner, Rosella, was helpful and eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Two important things to note: 1. there are 58 steps to the apartment, but it also has a small elevator that makes it easier for anyone not able to make the climb 2. the second bathroom has a very small shower and sink - but is still manageable! This was our second stay - and I hope for a third in the future!

Luxurious & Spacious apartment right above Piazza del Campo!

We couldn't have imaged a more perfect apartment overlooking the main public space of the historic city of Siena. Spacious and airy, immaculate and art-filled , impeccably furnished. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms spacious with plenty of hot water. We prepared meals in the well appointed and stocked kitchen. What a joy to walk just down to the Piazza in the evenings for an Aperitif. The windows overlooking the Palazzo Pubblico afforded us the opportunity to see several wedding parties and watch the local parades with drumming and singing as the winning neighborhood of the Palio celebrated their victory. If we ever go back to Siena, we will stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful apartment and great location!

Perfect location overlooking Il Campo. The apartment is large and well decorated. The description is not clear that the bathrooms are not en suite to the bedrooms, but that was not a problem for us and bathrobes are provided. While the description indicates a washer and dryer, we could only find a washer and were told by the person who greeted us that there was no clothes dryer. There is however a clothes line outside the kitchen window.

Perfection in the heart of Siena!

This suite has it all - perfect location, well appointed, and Rossella is a delight!! The location in Il Campo is spectacular and we enjoyed watching the scene below unfold from above. The apartment is impeccably clean and well designed and features these amazing windows that look out to the main square. We enjoyed the views in the morning with a cup of coffee and in the evenings with a glass of wine - all while the church bells tolled! During the day, we walked around Siena and enjoyed the sights, sounds, and cuisine of this beautiful city. Rossella is extremely easy to work with during the reservation process and throughout our stay. She even helped arrange for a valet car service that dropped us off and picked us up (early on a Sunday morning). We loved our stay at Palazzo Giorgi and highly recommend it - it is perfection in the heart of Siena!

Gorgeous condo with wonderful host

Traveling to a foreign country is not something we do often and so we had some reservations about using an online booking service for this beautiful place. I am happy to report that the condo was gorgeous and the hostess was perfect. She was available(upstairs) but not at all in the way. The beds were comfy and the view.. perfecto!! There is a steep hill as you approach the property(like most of Siena) which may pose a problem for some. Inside there is a lift which is helpful as the condo is on the third floor. Bathrooms were a little challenge but that is part of the Italian experience. Siena is a wonderful city and Rosella a perfect host. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable . She even took care of booking taxis for us.If I ever make it back I would definitely book this condo again. It was the nicest place we stayed in all of Italy!

Sensational Siena Stay!

We so enjoyed our stay in this apartment, which has stunning views of the lively Piazza del Campo and the activities there. Communication was excellent with Rossella while planning our stay, and she arranged for our rental car parking (which was quite a convenience). The internet functioned well, and the beds and furniture were comfortable. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
