Höga takhöjden i Stor dubbelsäng och kung sovrummet. Nyrenoverat, ljust, gladlynt, uppdaterad inredning, bekvämt boende.
Huset ligger på vackra ½ tunnland stor med utsikt över havet och tillgång till privat strand, nära den lilla ön vindbryggan, Wianno Yacht Club, Nauticus Marina, Keepers Harborside restaurang. Mindre än 5 minuters bilresa till vackra Dowses Beach & Craigville Beach, New Seabury. Vi ligger precis utanför Oyster Hamnar. En 10-minuters promenad till Osterville centrum. I ett barn trygg omgivning, nära allmänna sjösättning, golf, shopping, restauranger, teatrar, barnens museum och mycket mer. En stor hyra för exklusiva, kräsna familj. Vackert inredda.
Övre och Nedre däck, är det handlar om friluftsliv!

Swing i hängmattan framför gården och läsa en bok.

Ha kaffe eller en måltid på de övre och nedre däck fram och njuta av fantastisk utsikt över havet (bukten).
Bakgård har plats för 15 personer till en sitta ned mjöl precis utanför grillplats.
Cykeltur eller kajak runt hela ön och har en viskning i vinden.

Great little house in beautiful neighboorhood, excellent host

Dan was generous with time and attention to detail, especially in terms of safety & health preparation. Home is super clean and comfortable for a family. The property and location are great and offer plenty of outdoor options. We really enjoyed staying, exploring the bay, eating every meal outside and hanging. Thank you for everything. Memorable vacation!

Perfect Cape Cod Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this home on our family vacation this past week, Osterville is a beautiful quiet neighbor. The owner's are very responsive and accommodating and the home is clean and well kept. My family of 5 plus my parents felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

pre season fun

This is a beautiful home, located in a superb neighborhood & close to awesome beaches, restaurants , stores, etc.! It was the perfect house for our family get-away - bright bedrooms, gorgeous sunny rooms looking out onto the water. We loved this house and all the family memories made whilst there! Could not have asked for anything more - it was meticulously clean when we arrived and the property managers, were incredibly attentive & accommodating, making us feel very welcome. We (Adults and kids!) loved it so much, we plan on returning next year.

WHAT A STAY-Started the summer early

The owner could not be more gracious. We would definitely recommend this lovely home to friends and family with water views. There is a huge deck which lends itself to outdoor dining and cocktail lounging. For those seeking solitude - peace and quiet, this is the perfect getaway. It is one mile to town, restaurants and shopping. Beaches are nearby but one can swim in the bay facing the home. And for those who love the great outdoors it is so fun to watch the sailboat and there are many different species of birds - great blue herons, osprey, egrets and many more - this is the spot. It is awesome to watch osprey fishing and whistling away in the tree. We had great fun clamming for our dinner.

LOVE CAPE COD

We love this house! We have a grown family of 5 and it accommodated us perfectly. It is located in a neighborhood that is quentessentially Osterville far from the fray of tourist. We enjoyed walks through the beautiful neighborhood to the private beach the house provides. We also loved our candlelit dinners on the upper deck. The house is tastefully appointed hardly seeming like a rental. The property is meticulously maintained and the owners are friendly and eager to please. We look forward to returning possibly with grandchildren where there is plenty of room for them to roam

Off Season fun

We had a great stay over Thanksgiving week with our family (4 adults and 2 children). There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone to sleep and the downstairs master bedroom really helped to give everyone more space. Huge, updated bathrooms as well. A perfect place to hangout. We love the proximity to town and Dowses Beach, we walked everywhere, even to the grocery store. We would love to stay in the house again in the summer so we could take advantage of the big outdoor porch and outdoor dining area, outdoor shower and grill. Definitely would recommend this house to a friend - the owners are very nice and easy to deal with!

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE, GRACIOUS HOSPITALITY

We actually caught Dan in the process of setting up the house for us. And the moment we walked in, it was evident that they took utmost care to ensure that the house was comfy including well stocked bathrooms, kitchen utilities, books, and board games. The house is just a few paces away from the streets private beach and is less than a 5 minute drive away from the best beaches on Cape Cod. Even restaurants such as 5 Bays and the Islander were walking distance from the house. Dan is an extremely helpful person and was always prompt in responding to mails, queries, and also took care of mailing back my phone charger that I had left back at the beach house. All in all, I'd highly recommend this home if one wishes to experience a beautiful homestay and a gracious host!

Hammock swinging

My family and a few couples recently stayed in this home for a week in June and we couldn't have had a better experience. This house is in excellent shape, and the layout is perfect for adults and/or kids - lots of open common space, clean, up to date appliances, plenty of room. The location is even better - walking distance to the market and the downtown area and a great beach (especially for little kids) - all together it's an excellent home to spend time in within a great Cape town. We laid on the hammock for hours, enjoying the ocean view and breeze, reading books and napping. They allowed us to use their 5 kayak's and we had a family reunion out on the calm North Bay. This will be an annual trip for us.

Reunion

We stayed in this sweet home for a last minute Fall get away. Everything about it met or exceeded our expectations. We had a great time hiking and seeing some of the area's great beaches. The location was perfect in a very quiet, upscale neighborhood, but very convenient to many sites. The house was in outstanding condition, beautifully furnished and better equipped than we expected. We felt more like we were staying in the home of a good friend than in a rental. The photos on Homeaway do not do the house justice - much better than advertised! The owners were great to work with - thanks for letting us enjoy your home!

wonderful spot

We needed a Osterville house, preferably with water view, convenient to beach and town, suitable for a family of six. We had a very enjoyable week. The house was quite capable of accommodating my wife and me, children, spouses, and four grandchildren, so that we were not constantly falling over one another. Main kitchen (there are two) was fully supplied with everything necessary for meals at home, supplemented by a very nice grill on the patio, which also was a pleasant venue for our nightly, around dusk, wine-and-cheese wind-downs. We were able to walk easily to the town center, and to shopping, meals (and ice cream) in the lovely village. All in all, very memorable week in one of our favorite places.

We have owned this home for 15 years and love it! We spend much of our time in the summer there. We usually rent the house a maximum of 2 weeks a year and put the money back into the house with annul upgrades.
