Private, Immaculate Home in Resort-Like Setting with Pool

This beautiful vacation home with a heated gunite swimming pool, is set on over an acre of landscaped grounds and is located on one of the most sought-after streets in Osterville, close to the beaches of Nantucket Sound. The first story has wonderful areas to entertain and enjoy family and friends, including a spacious open floorpan with a large chef's kitchen and breakfast bar, dining area with fireplace and comfortable sitting area. Also on the first floor are a large wood paneled den, a recreation room with pingpong table and a private primary bedroom suite. Upstairs there is a second primary suite with ensuite bathroom and another bedroom with a full bath. The lower level has a finished room with two twin beds and a comfortable sitting area with television. Outdoors there is a large back yard with a bluestone terrace with gas grill, complete with a retractable awning surrounded by a rose covered stone wall, perfect for outdoor entertaining. Enjoy the swimming pool, fire pit and outdoor shower. Relax on Cape Cod at this private escape.

A beautiful, pristine, comfortable home in a lovely area!

We had a spectacular stay in this beautiful, traditional, comfortable Cape Cod home! The patio, gorgeous pool, firepit and yard with stone walls are like elements of a luxurious resort. The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, well laid-out, and accommodated our large family group of 7 adults with ease. The fantastic kitchen has a wonderful chef's stove and huge island, and is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, utensils, and pots & pans. Along with the grill & large bluestone patio with handy retractable awning, the kitchen and roomy tables inside & out served as the center of many big family meals for us! The area and small town where the home is located is absolutely charming, and the town & beach are within an easy walk or few minutes' drive. There are even cabinets with board games and a roomy game room with ping-pong and a view to the pool - so fun! The owner, Anne, was incredibly attentive and quickly responsive to any questions we had; and she pointed us to some really fun restaurants and Cape Cod traditions. We can fully recommend this home. It is like staying in a friend's updated, gorgeous vacation home. We can't wait to return!

We've been coming to Osterville for decades and can't recommend it more highly! It's a charming town with easy access to the beautiful beaches of Nantucket Sound.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We fell in love with this private oasis the first time we saw it. It's a spacious, comfortable house with lots of room to relax inside. Outside, it's like a private resort with swimming pool, spa, blue stone patio with dining table and chairs, gas grill and a spacious lawn.

Amazing location on the nicest street in town. Great for walking, proximity to town and access to local clubs.
