Välkommen, hem framtida vänner / familj. Koppla av och njut av din vistelse i vårt vackra färdigbyggda nya remolded vintage hem i modern tid. Lev en vintage-känsla på 1930-talet. Från en klassisk veranda swing till en avkopplande inomhus hängmatta. Luta dig utanför med ett stort utomhusträ med 2-BBQ för att underhålla. Njut av en stor rymlig 1-våning med 1900 kvadratmeter nedervåningen, med ytterligare 2 våningar 900 kvadratfot övervåningen. Tre separata sovrum. 1-king size sovrum i nedre våningen. Stort badrum och komplett kök med tvättmaskin / torktumlare nere. På övervåningen finns 2 separata rum komplett med nya Queen size-sovrum med vardera individuella garderober. Ny underhållningsloft på övervåningen (Tims grotta), komplett med TV, DVD-spelare, PS3. Ta dina favoritfilmer och spel att njuta av.

Family spring break trip

The place was nothing short of amazing. Surprised my three children with a Oregon trip this spring break since they always wanted to chase waterfalls and see the spots from twilight. This was located in the center of everything we wanted to do. Also close to any shopping when we needed it. Communication and entry was so quick and easy! My 9yr old made it clear that we need to go back and stay here for her 10th birthday in September. Fingers crossed! Thank you so much for opening your home to us!

Great property owners

We had a good stay! Place was super clean! Just what we needed after a long drive! Our daughters loved having their own rooms and enjoyed the fun area upstairs “Tim’s cave” We had issues with the air conditioning but the owner was right on it. He even sent us a gift card due to that issue. What a wonderful and thoughtful thing to do! Thank you so much! This is a good place to stay for a family! We recommend it!

Great place

We really enjoyed this place, very comfortable, clean and a great location. The only criticism would be the stairs to the upstairs are not elderly friendly. Other than that it was very nice!

Wish I could give more than the 3 stars.....

Older interesting-to-walk neighborhood, close to city and priced right. I completely missed reserving an extra night that we needed and Tim immediately fixed that for us, and I am VERY GRATEFUL for his quick action and flexibility. Thank you again. The house is big and roomy with a large living room, large dining table and separate work/office type area. The patio/yard is spacious. The kitchen is very well stocked. Some takeaways for the owners: there are signs all throughout - take off your shoes - keep the noise down - turn the blinds to the left - empty the lint trap - clean up your own carpet spills ((please remove or replace , it's quite soiled)), - bring in the seat cushions - leave this light switch on, etc. that left us unable to fully relax for fear of breaking a rule. Renters, note that the property shares walls with residents. You can hear TV, voices, doors, etc, that I was not expecting when the listing said "basement" and "separate", which I thought meant detached. The coming & going of many other shared tenants was constant, just note that there's a lot of activity around the house. I never felt unsafe, but there was movement and distraction. We simply needed lodging for a wedding and to work remotely (wifi was strong) so this was sufficiently functional. But if you are looking for a kick-back, chill-out, feel-right-at-home type, this is not the vibe it gives.

Thanksgiving in Salem

Tim's home is very homey and peaceful. It had all your needs, in a throwback setting, very relaxing. Enjoyed our time visiting my daughter and have dinner in the home.

Great little house

This is a darling older home, very well maintained and stocked. Great location as it was near the family wedding venue and city center park along the river. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and made great use of the back patio for our meals as the weather was terrific!
