Whether you're sipping your morning coffee tucked into a cozy corner or stargazing under the clear night sky, Hobbits Rest promises an unforgettable experience filled with magic, tranquility, and a touch of wonder.

Please do note that there are a couple of other homes on this property. One of them (Chateau de Prugna) is a fantastic lakeside home that may be rented as well and sleeps up to 9 people.
When in town, the caretakers stay from time to time to work on landscaping, maintenance, and property oversight, but will always respect your space and privacy.
Our pet-friendly policy means that you can bring your furry friend along for the adventure, with a $50.00 pet fee (maximum of 1 pet). Please note that failure to adhere to our house rules as they pertain to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Hobbit Studio: King over King bunk bed (we highly recommend the top of the king bunk is for kiddos or young adults only).
