Great Location For The Price

Condo was close to several bus stops, so you could take advantage of the free bus system to get to Park City Mountain base and also downtown Park City. The base mountain is walkable, but it’s not too fun in ski boots. Would recommend waiting for the bus. We went in to town all but 1 day and it’s very easy getting on and off the bus in this location. Unit was perfect for just the 2 of us. In unit washer and dryer is very nice. We were able to cook small meals and had all the cookware we needed. Cons- Shower head needs replacement and the toilet leaks when flushed. We brought this up early the first day of our stay, but did not receive a response. Shower and toilet were working, so not a huge deal. Also, HVAC system was very loud.

Convenient, central location with access to PC transportation to area ski resorts + shopping/dining

This was our first time staying off resort in Park City, and we were pleased overall. Walking distance to PC Resort and Fresh Market and a few shops (but very short bus rides to other areas or 20 min walk to main street). Andrew's place was stocked with the basics and the kitchen was well laid-out. Ample closet space and drawers if you use the sofa bed linens. Washer/dryer always handy to have so you can pack light! This unit is a middle floor, just a few steps up, in case that's helpful to know. Communication with Andrew was indeed awesome, he is both proactive and responsive! Thanks for a great stay, Andrew!

Great Location for a Ski Weekend

My son and I traveled to Park City for the first time for a long ski weekend and were surprised to realize how convenient the condo was to everything we wanted to do. We easily walked to the mountain with our equipment each day, but the bus does come right by the condo if you choose to ride. The size and layout suited us well and the unit was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. We were even welcomed with a carton of hot chocolate and a tin of cookies on the kitchen counter, which was such a sweet touch! Andrew provided great communication, with complete guidance and directions we needed for our stay and he was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Great stay and we look forward to coming back again!

Excellent location for skiing and busses

Location is excellent for the free bus system, which quickly/easily takes you to the lifts and the main strip. Communication with the host was easy and fast. Would recommend.

Excellent location!

Andrew was extremely proactive in his communication and very responsive. The location was perfect. We could walk to the ski hill, historic town, grocery store and Walgreens. We had a car but really didn't need it. The only thing was it wasn't as clean as it should be. That's an easy fix. so I'm sure Andrew will take care of it.

Great location and access

The space was wonderful for skiing and getting around Park City. Only concern was that the floors were not well vacuumed and glasses in the cabinets could have been cleaner
