Sitting on the side of the mountain in downtown Helen, this cozy little cabin for two is the perfect getaway rental.

Snuggle up on the sofa, turn up the gas logs and find your favorite television show. The loft bedroom is perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. Melt away tension in the downstairs bath with both a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub. The fully equipped kitchen gives you the option of cooking all your meals in the holiday home. There is a Keurig coffee maker for your convenience. The outdoor electric grill heats quickly for dinners on the barbeque. Relax and unwind in the new hot tub on the front covered deck. Should you decide to venture out, you are in downtown Helen within a blink of an eye!

Anniversary trip

We enjoyed our stay but we like walking to town but couldn't do that because of the steep hill. Wish we had known before reserving this cabin.

Beautiful and cozy

Management was super easy to work with. Our grill was electric and when we asked for a gas or charcoal, they delivered one that day. Highly recommend. The cabin was very clean and well decorated. Everything we could need was provided.

Tiny and very cozy

The house is tiny and simple, but very cozy. The hottub was wonderful, and the twinkly lights above it added a nice touch. We did have a problem with ants for what ever reason but it didn't hinder us from enjoying our stay. Management was very helpful and accommodating.

Cute cabin with Awesome hot tub

Our stay was wonderful, cabin was great. A little sad the hot water in the cabin doesn't last long enough to fill the jacuzzi tub. There is a hot tub on the porch which is awesome, we just wanted to watch a movie from the tub and couldn't because the water turned cold without having been on long. Overall good experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked Alpine Creek to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. We were super excited to explore Helen and were happy to find a quiet location that was minutes from everything. The cabin was clean, cozy, and well stocked with towels, cleaning supplies, and kitchen equipment. Care instructions were clear and the guest guide was handy. The driveway is steep and getting down to the cabin was a little nerve-wracking, but it didn’t dampen our experience any. Having lots of restaurants and activities minutes away was an absolute luxury. The host was kind and responsive and it was an overall great experience. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Our stay

We had the perfect couples get away. The cabin was beautiful and perfect for the two of us, and the fire place in view of the tub was not a bad touch! A lot of bird watching, and we saw about 13 deer our last morning. It was the breath of fresh air we both needed. Thank you so much for sharing your space!

Cabin rental

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was middle of the road. The hot water was limited in the inside tub and I had to shovel for 6 hours Sunday with a piece of metal I found to get the car out of the driveway. The entire driveway was a sheet of ice with no shovel, rock salt, etc

Perfect cozy cabin for 2!

My boyfriend and I loved this little cabin. It was perfect for just the two of us and in the heart of Helen. We enjoyed the hot tub and the view! Nearby cabin neighbors were kind as well.

Cozy Cabin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute, cozy, small cabin. Very good location. Clean and with good amenities, professional and helpful management staff. A Couple of cons - The lighting was hard/impossible to turn off, the living room furniture was not comfortable, the bed was very hard & the ceiling upstairs was low so my tall (6'4) husband bashed his head a few times. Overall though we enjoyed our time there.

Great stay!!

The only issue I experienced was due to having a large truck. The driveway was steep and hard to turn around on. A little description of that would have been helpful to prepare.

Nice stay

Reviewer Comments: We had a great time, location and cabin were very good, unfortunately, the previous guests left garbage in the outside garbage and the cleaning crew did not pick it up. We smelt a bad odor and had to move the can away from the cabin.

Great little getaway

I don’t normally leave reviews but hey maybe this will help someone on the fence. As someone with Anxiety the reviews helped me. Here are a few takeaways: 1. The house is well kept and nice 2. The hot tub is 90% private. Bring a few pool towels as there were only 4-5 bath towels and we were there 4 days. 3. The road up to the house is steep and narrow. We used our horn to alert people when we came to the curves. It is possible for cars to get through to pass each other, it’s just really tight. I just closed my eyes and let my husband handle the driving part 😆. 4. We went tubing at cool river and it was a blast. Make sure to purchase the push stick bc you really do need that. 5. Mini golf was fun. 6. Tons of eating, drinking and shopping all around. 7. The property management company actually called to checked see how our stay was going which is rare these days. 8. Hiked at Anna Ruby Falls which is a short hike up to a waterfall and it was nice. I think it was .4 miles each way on foot. 9. Wished we would have seen a bear but no luck 😳😆. Take the trip, have fun, live life and just enjoy it. Great little place!
