Helt ny konstruktion Àr klar juni 2020 !! Detta Àr ett nÀstan identiskt hem till tvÄ andra listor vi har (# 929245, # 1225240). Egentligen har detta hem ytterligare ett sovrum och Àr lite större !! Detta hem har 9 sovrum alla med drottning sÀngar och 5 av dem har vÄningssÀngar i dem. Det finns tvÄ vÄningssÀngar med tvÄ uppsÀttningar vÄningssÀngar i vardera - dubbel pÄ botten, tvÄ pÄ övre. Detta hem platser pÄ 17 tunnland och Àr mycket avskilt och ligger över en 1000 ft tillbaka frÄn vÀgen. Fem och ett halvt badrum. Mycket stor 18'x44 'i markpool med automatisk tÀckning och dykbrÀda. Första 8 'av poolen Àr 8 "djup-stor för de smÄ, sedan steg ner till 3'6" grunt slut sedan gradvis bleknar till djup slut med Diving Board !! 6 personer badtunna. Sandvolleybollplan. HÀstsko gropar. 2nd Stay - Excellent Once Again

For 30 years, my group of college friends get together once a year to catch up. This is our second stay at this property. Excellent and well maintained. It works well for a great weekend stay!

We had a great family reunion on the property. The pool and the screened in porch were the favorites. We had plenty of space. Most of the beds were great. The kitchen had just about everything we could have wanted. And there was enough dining space for all of us to have a meal together. It is a loud space because of all the open space but the screened in porch and the front porch chairs are good alternative to the indoor space. Very comfortable. Scott was very responsive to our concerns. I would highly recommend this place. We hope to go again.

Another Great Stay

Property was just as great as the first visit. Very open layout, pool and hot tub were clean and well up kept. Very minimal signs of wear and tear, the property is well maintained.

This is our 2nd time here. A family reunion of 34 people ages 3-72. Not only are there plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, but there are multiple large gathering areas where we were able to all get together or have separate activities going on in different areas. We did have an issue with a couple of things, but the owner was prompt and took care of things within a few hours. The kids love the outdoor multi level pool, ping pong, and the pool table. They played games in the screened in porch after dark while the little ones did legos inside with the adults played card games in the dining area. There are things and places for everyone. We hope to go back again in 2 years.

Family get together

Every other year this is our Christmas gift to our children and their children. There was plenty of space and plenty of room for all of us to eat together and play games. The 3 refrigerators were very helpful for our large family. The young adults loved the location because they love going into Saugatuck and Holland. We had such a wonderful time and thank you to the owners for allowing us to rent the place for a week.

We are repeats for these properties. When we arrived it was made clear by signage in the house our neighbors really didnt want us and were on a noise dispute with the property manager ,which the responsibilitu to please them was passed onto us! It colored the experience negatively and we will not rent this property again.It magnifies the other things like ; there was past tenets clothing under my bed as a missed area of cleaning, the dishwashers are poor quality and fit, the garbage/recycling separation cld be better delineated ,wash and fold all towels before 10 am departure or be fined...

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this house. The rooms were clean and spacious, the kitchen well stocked, and the pool was wonderful. We asked for the heat in the pool to be turned up and the host immediately complied. Keeping the noise down was a bit of a challenge when everyone was enjoying the pool, however, we should all be respectful, right? The only draw back was having all the towels washed, dried and put away before check out at ten o’clock. We did a lot of scurrying around for that. All in all, our family and extended family loved our time here. We would definitely stay here again.

At first look things seem fine . Sheets don’t stay on the beds and towels seems old . One bedroom upstairs had mold and two of the bathrooms downstairs had mold shower walls & doors . Washers was not working right would go off balance and stop . The dryer to the right had a broken door hedge . Hot tub was old and filter sounded like it was going to stop at any minute . The pond was more of a storm drain .

This is a beautiful house and it's perfect for a large group! We had two sisters traveling with their husbands, kids and grandkids. The pool and volleyball court were so much fun! The area around the house is quiet and there is plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen area is huge and had enough seating for everyone in our 24 person group. The screened in porch was great at night when the mosquitos would come out. Kitchen appliances (range & dishwashers) and cookware could use replacement/upgrade. We also had trouble getting all the towels washed in order to have them clean and put away upon departure. In other rentals we've had, this was included in the cleaning fee. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for many bedrooms and a pool not far from Lake Michigan.

Our week at this rental was our third since it was built. It's a perfect set-up for our large group of 9 families with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and a spacious kitchen for meal prep for close to 40 people. We've made many wonderful memories at this house. The owner responds to issues promptly. Our group loves the pool and hot tub. The house is in a quiet area and just a drive away from the dune rides and downtown Douglas and Saugatuck. We hope to be back soon!

Getaway

The house was roomy, comfortable with accommodations for everyone. Enjoyed the pool, pond, and firepit. Garage full of bikes with helmets included was wonderful surprise. Not a full set of balls for the pool table which was disappointing. Didn’t realize responsibility for towel laundering fell to us. Scarce supplies to complete task. Overall nice time. Already recommended to others.

We had a wonderful time kicking off the summer with our entire family at this amazing property! With 12 adults and 14 kids, it can be incredibly difficult to find a place that comfortably fits us all—not just with enough bedrooms, but with shared spaces where we can truly spend time together. This house was perfect! The layout, from the spacious dining area to the comfortable living room, made it easy for everyone to gather and enjoy each other’s company.One of our favorite spots was the screened-in porch—it was the perfect place to relax, play games, and unwind after busy days. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with all ages. We especially appreciated the different pool levels, which made it fun and safe for everyone in our group.We absolutely loved our time at this property and are already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommend for large families or groups looking for a relaxing and well-equipped getaway.

We stayed for a wedding at Felt Estate. The property was perfect for the entire family. So much to do, well equipped. It was exactly what we needed. The bedrooms are spread out so you can have a lot going on and the sleepers won’t hear. Don’t hesitate

Patrick and I own Timberidge Builders here in Saugatuck and we have had vacation rentals for five years.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

This property is conveniently located near Saugatuck, Douglas, Fennville and Holland Michigan, about a 5-10 minute drive to each at most. The property is very secluded and offers fantastic privacy for our renters. Inside the home we have ping pong, foosball, pool table, two living room areas with nice tvs. We have a nice firepit, sand volleyball court, hot tub and horseshoes outside the home. There is a great screen porch with seating for 15 people. There is also a fishing pond on the property as well. The Kitchen and dining room are setup for large groups so everyone can visit together during meals. This home is very similar to listing #929245, #1225240. No High School or College groups are allowed at our homes due to bad past experiences. No Exterior Speakers are allowed.
