Detta 5 320 kvadratmeter stora hem Àr helt nybyggt redo för uthyrning i juni 2015. 8 sovrum med drottningssÀngar, (4 av dessa har tvÄ enkelsÀngar ocksÄ). Stor dubbel vÄningssÀng med 4 vÄningssÀngar - Dubbel botten, tvÄbÀddsrum pÄ toppen. Fyra fulla bad. Se bifogade bilder för planlösningarna.

Mycket stor 24 '* 44' i marken pool med automatisk tÀckning. Första 8 'av poolen Àr 8 "djupt - bra för smÄ, sedan steg ner till 3'6' grunt Ànde sedan gradvis bleknar till djup slut med dykbrÀda. 6 Person Hot Tub. Sandvolleybollplan. Utomhus eldstad. HÀstskor. 12 cyklar (8 Àr barnstorlekar). Stor skÀrmad veranda.

Poolen Àr öppen frÄn 1 maj till 1 oktober. Biljardbord och fotbollsbord i promenad ut pÄ lÀgre nivÄ. Ping Pong bord i garaget. Det finns en utomhusdusch nÀra poolomrÄdet att skölja bort med. Massiva bÀnkskivor, nya apparater. Alla nya madrasser, kuddar, sÀngklÀder, tÀcken, badhanddukar, poolhanddukar. Pentry i kÀllaren med minikyl och handfat. StrÄlningsvÀrme i kÀllare med fÀrgade betonggolv.

Detta hem ligger pÄ 6 tunnland med en 1/2 mil vandringsled runt fastigheten. För nÀrvarande frÄn byggarbetsplatsen kan du inte se ett annat hem, MYCKET PRIVAT. Den hÀr egenskapen har tillrÀckligt med parkering för stora slÀkttrÀffar och Àr verkligen inrÀttat bra för bÄde morförÀldrar och smÄbarn. Det finns nÄgot för alla. Stor mÀngd sittplatser i kök / matplats (cirka 22 platser).

Detta hem ligger 3 miles frÄn Saugatuck centrum och Douglas. Fyra mil frÄn den vÀrldsberömda Oval Beach. 5 till 10 miles frÄn Apple, jordgubbar, blÄbÀr, rött hallon, pumpaplockning, vingÄrdar, bryggeri, ciderbruk, hÄrda ciderbryggor, Lake Michigan. Det finns massor av antikaffÀrer och marknader i omrÄdet. StÀderna Saugatuck och Douglas Àr fantastiska smÄ stÀder - mÄnga unika butiker, mÄnga konstgallerier, fantastiska restauranger och barer.

Inga gymnasier eller högskolefester alls, detta hem Àr skapat för familjer !!

We had a great time at this property. We had over 20 girls and everyone had plenty of space and there was enough room to comfortably sleep, eat and play. There were not quite enough pots to cook for that many people but we had brought our own so it wasn’t an issue. Overall great stay and located near lots of fun things to do.

The accommodation for large groups is great. Private but close to town Need too update some furniture especially patio cushions. Mirror in bedrooms would be a plus

Family reunion

House was very clean. Plenty of towels and well stocked kitchen. The owner was friendly and quick to respond to any issues. The whole family enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sand volleyball. We had a great week.

We had an excellent stay at the property. Mother Nature knocked out power (wind) but Scott was there within an hour to bring us a generator. We We’re all very appreciative.

Great for a large group multiple families man’s Kids

This house is situated in a safe atmosphere for children, with a very pleasant outside setting. The pool and hot tub were awesome and in perfect condition to enjoy, even including two gas grills to cook for the group! The inside is very well suited for a large family gathering with everything you need in the kitchen for large groups. With the three sections of the house it can leave some separation and quit for those who seek it. We definitely recommend this house!!!!

Outstanding in every way !!!!!

Very nice location with a lot of opportunities from hot tub, swim pool with diving board, volley ball. horseshoe, basketball, and bikes, scooters and pool table, tennis, racquet ball. Lot of activities nearby to see. Great owner to work with and never bothered us at all but there if needed. Thank you very much. Highly recommend !!!!!

The property was located about a 7 minute drive from downtown Saugatuck and the grounds were beautiful. House was ideal for groups or families by having two bedrooms grouped together with a bathroom for most of the house. With that said, the “rules” and policies were not guest friendly and didn’t reflect the high rental cost. Examples are a 5:00 pm check in time, 10:00 am checkout, dishwasher run and dishes put away by checkout. Worst of all, if you use their towels, they must be washed and dried before leaving at 10:00 am or you provide your own towels. We are paid guests, not housekeepers! There is also concern about previous guests actually washing their towels or if they were just put into the dryer after showering. There was only one key provided, no lockbox or keypad on the door.

Great family vacation

We all loved our vacation near Saugituck. It was a great location for folks to arrive from California to Delaware. It was also a great location to get to the many local sights. Scott was very helpful with any questions. We all loved the pool, and the extras that were available to do in the house. It was aWonderful way to connect with famiy

The house was a perfect size for our family. We were able to venture out during the day and gather at night to have family time by the pool, play volleyball and have family dinner. This is the fourth time staying at one of his houses and it has always been wonderful.

Great for a large Family!!

We had 16 adults and 3 kids. The perfect house. Swimming pool was the big hit! Location was private, yet close to Saugatuck. Very well provisioned with kitchen supplies, etc. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay. We had a group of 16, but there would have been room for many more. This house was perfect for all ages. We played volleyball, horseshoes, pingpong, and the games in the basement. We used the pool, hot tub, and fire pit daily. The home was well stocked with towels (bath towels and pool towels) and everything you would need in the kitchen. It was an easy drive into town, which was only 7 minutes away. The owner responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely recommend this home!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at a property hosted by Scott. Home was clean, check-in is easy and our crew had a great couple of days. Lots of space and plenty of things to do right on the property.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Very Secluded and enough space for large get togethers. This property is located close enough to town yet offers the privacy you desire. This is not a home for High School or College age parties. We prefer families with 3 generations to stay here!!!!
