Family trip to Puerto Rico

Our family of four with two young adults had a great time in Puerto Rico. The condo was spacious, clean, well appointed, with beautiful views, all the amenities, and great location for a variety of water and rainforest excursions. Communication was great and made everything smooth and easy.

Amazing first visit to PR!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family’s very first visit to Puerto Rico! The location was easy to easy and navigate. The property was beautiful and the beach was so perfect and secluded. Everything was so close - grocery store, kiosks, restaurants, the rainforest. The host and the property manager were super responsive and very helpful the entire time. We will absolutely be staying here again next time we visit!

Spacious Condo w lots to offer

I was concerned about location but was blown away with the view this unit provides of the beautiful golf course/ocean view from the lovely furnished and covered patio! Nice pool onsight along with nice additional pool and beach area just down the hill. We did have a rental car but you could easily walk to the beach. Condo was well furnished including a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable king bed. Would stay here again!

Wonderful Condo at Rio Mar Resort

Four of us stayed two weeks at this property. The place was as described. Amazing view from the 3rd floor balcony patio! Pool for use by the condo was very close. The beach that can be accessed by driving a short distance is one of the best we went to. Also another pool available there. The owner and property manager were both very responsive. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place!

The villa was great. It was clean, conveniently located, stocked with everything you’d need. We felt very safe in the apartment and the entire area. Plenty of furniture, towels, dishes, houseware for anything you’d need. The 2 a/c units were wonderful to have. Bathrooms were updated nicely. Beds very comfortable. Plenty to do close by and great restaurants dry close by. Beach was beautiful. Pool was very nice. And the price was very reasonable for the apartment. The resident manager was responsive, helpful and friendly.

Beautiful condo - great location

Our stay was great. From the moment we walked in we knew we had rented the right place. The condo is beautiful and is very spacious. We had everything we needed in this condo. When we were ready to go to the beach, they had beach towels and beach chairs and a cooler for our water. Staying at this condo makes you feel like you’re at home. There was nothing missing. We had six adults staying here and we were all comfortable. The property manager answered our texted messages very quickly and was always super helpful. The condo is also kept up very well and is very clean. I will definitely rent this condo again on my next trip to Puerto Rico.

The home was spacious and well equipped for all the things you would need for a temporary home. It was in a great location and accessible to stores and beaches nearby via car. The villa was private and quiet for an overall relaxing experience! The views were incredible to see!!

Perfect Family Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The condo is exactly as pictured. Very clean, comfortable and decorated nicely. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need and more. There were some basic spices available, but most items will need to be purchased. There is a wine fridge in the kitchen which we loved! We spent a lot of time on the covered balcony which offers a wonderful view of the ocean and the rainforest. We enjoyed watching the different weather patterns between the beach and the rainforest. The complex is huge and offers a lot of amenities. Private pools and beach for the condo owners and guests along with the Wyndham resort pools and beach. There are several restaurants in the Wyndham that make it very convenient or you can find plenty of wonderful restaurants within a 20 minute drive to eat at. There is so much to explore here within 30 minutes of the resort. Communication with the owner and the property manager were amazing! Check in and check out process was super easy. I would definetly stay here again! Thank you for opening your home to us.

Beautiful Villa

We had a good time, the beach was private and close by. The villa was very beautiful. The only downside was the cable TV it kept going out but I hear that happens often on the island.

Beautiful View, very comfortable accomodations

Absolutely loved this place, better than the one we had upon previous stay. wished the app had identified the location of the condo better. we were under impression that we were adjacent to hotel property....could have used a cart. BUT all in all we were very happy with the stay, beautiful and well appointed condo. FIVE STARS!!!!! thank you again!
