A perfect island oasis

The property is beautifully designed and modern. From the moment you walk in the door the manager explains everything from check in to check out. Vanessa was extremely hospitable and helpful. The island had a full black out and she helped as much as she possibly could for the14 hours we were all without power..i would only recommend if renting vehicles to get around the island , to not get a huge vehicle because the property is on a narrow hill and small parking areas. Otherwise it's a 10/10 in every way!

Great Stay!

Rio Mar Beach Resort is a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. The Villa was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The resort location is unbeatable. I frequently travel to PR and this is one of my favorite areas on the island. We strongly recommend the Villa for family and friends.

Absolutely fantastic stay

Would highly recommend this condo - we had a group of 9 and had plenty of space. The pool nearby was great and the beach club was a huge bonus. The condo is beautiful and the hosts were so accommodating and friendly, meeting us when we arrived and accommodating a later checkout too. We were so appreciative of their hospitality and had a wonderful stay!

Paradise

Beautiful place, beautiful resort, amazing host. Our plane was late, like really late. We were scheduled to get in at 5 in the afternoon, but we ended up arriving around 11:30 when nothing was open. Vanessa not only stayed to greet us, she bought us groceries and made sure our first day was wonderful, not busy immediately running errands. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks so much for a beautiful stay. The area is 5 minutes from the rain forest, a quick walk from gorgeous beaches, and a short drive from beautiful San Juan. It was awesome.

Great stay near rainforest

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The beach and pools were beautiful. Beach shallow enough for the kids- ages 6/7. We had plenty of space. The beach chairs and coolers was a nice touch. Would recommend and stay again.

Beautiful resort property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Plenty of space for our family of six. So nice to have multiple bathrooms. We loved the beach and the beach club pool. We also loved the closeness to El Yunque. Vanessa was super helpful!

Would definitely stay at this property again! Cima met us to tour the villa and overview property amenities as well as nearby restaurants & attractions. Villa pool and beach side pool were nice. Photos and property description were accurate.

Beautiful property, excellent hosts!

We had a wonderful stay. Vanessa was super helpful and fun to talk with. The view was gorgeous and the pool was clean and right next to the apartment. The apartment slept the 10 of us comfortably. The mattresses are surprisingly comfortable and high quality. We loved the pool table too! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful Property

This villa has everything you need! Felt like we were at home. The property was large and fit our family of 8 perfectly. Beds were comfortable. Lots of fun thing to do locally, and the kids enjoyed both the pools! The host was friendly and neet us at the property to give us a tour. Would love to return.

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay here over Christmas. The place is nicely renovated and furnished. The dining table that converts to a pool table was a big after dinner hit. The kitchen is well equipped for a week long stay. The cluster pool is directly across the street and the club pool is a quick drive with plenty parking. Communication with the host is excellent.

Spacious Villa

Love the place! Comfortable, spacious and so close to the beach and resort pool. Perfect number of bathrooms (4). The beach accessories such as buggy boards, chairs, ice chests, etc. were a plus. Host/hostess were very attentive and prompt to respond to our needs or questions in a timely manner. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Great Place to stay

We loved our stay at Mameyes II! It was exactly what we expected! Great location! Clean! House is well stocked with all necessities. The owner was very helpful in explaining everything in the house and provides a very detailed book with local restaurants, things to do and available resort amenities. Would love to stay here again! We had a great time!

Property was exactly what we expected! We had a great time! Had a little problem with the refrigerator but Vanessa, the property manager, was on top of it and send the repair guy right away! Vanessa was great communicating with us.

You should stay here!

I have to say that the hosts were so personable and friendly. Went way, way, way beyond to make sure we were happy. The location of the unit within the larger resort area was good and we could walk to the beach club. But the semi-private pool was so luxurious. Restaurants and groceries were not far. El Yunque is so close!
