Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub und die Unterkunft war genau wie in der Anzeige vermittelt. Der Vermieter war super freundlich.

Trevligt boende!

Vi kände oss välkomna, kylskåpet var välfyllt med div matvaror o gott att dricka. Perfekt för oss som hade gått upp tidigt o var hungriga när vi anlände! Stort plus ! Huset var perfekt för 11 personer. Familjen med små barn bodde i ena halvan tillsammans med farmor o farfar. Andra familjen med äldre barn sov i resten av huset. Härlig uteplats med rejält bord som alla fick plats vid. Mysig värd som gav oss olika restaurangtips! Alla gillade poolen! Promenadavstånd till affärer o havet! Återvänder mer än gärna!

Geräumige Unterkunft mit großem Pool

Die Villa ist ausreichend für drei Familien. Ausstattung ist basic aber gut. Betten waren echt bequem und die Klimaanlage funktioniert. Die Küche ist etwas klein aber passt. Besonders gefallen hat uns der große Pool. Die Sitzgelegenheiten draußen sind unter einem Wellblechdach, was nicht besonders attraktiv ist aber auch nicht tragisch. Die Kinderspielzeuge sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müssten mal getauscht werden. Im großen und ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden und hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Klare Empfehlung - tolle Finca

Wir empfehlen die Finca uneingeschränkt weiter. Alles war wie auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung. Toll war, dass uns die Vermieter bei Ankunft den Kühlschrank befüllt hatten. Wir freuen uns, eine Woche in der Finca verbracht zu haben. Eine ganz klare Weiterempfehlung.

Was a really nice guy, very helpful. The pool was large and tidy, everything we needed was there so we all would recommend it to everyone who wants a nice trip with their friends or family to Alcudia

Rundum zufrieden

Einfaches, aber schönes und sauberes Haus nicht weit von der Promenade in Alcúdia entfernt. Bei Fragen/Problemen wurde uns immer schnell und unkompmiziert geholfen. Der große Grill, die Tischtennisplatte und der Pool waren wirklich klasse.

Amazing Holiday!

This villa was a fantastic find for us two familys that holidayed together, 4 adults and 6 children. It is perfectly positioned to get everywhere without having to hire a car, and had everything we needed for our stay. We walked to the market in Alcudia old town, spent days on the beach, pedal boats, banana boat, we took a boat trip from the port to see the dolphins and swim in the sea, walked to the waterpark, ate in the gorgeous restaurants along the strip and had lazy days swimming at the villa. It was perfect! The pool is brilliant, very large and deep, plenty of room for all 10 of us to swim and play around in, two outside seating areas roof terrace for drying clothes and towels and a bbq which we made good use of. The beds are comfortable and the aircon is very effective at cooling the rooms for a good nights sleep, not that we spent much time inside as the weather was glorious. There is a small supermarket a ten minute walk away called the bip bip which did fresh meat, water and bread as well as everything else we needed. Jose the owner is a fabulous host, he checked on us regularly to make sure we didnt have any issues (we didn’t). It made it all the more special that it was Jose’s childhood home and he shared with us the history of his villa and the port area, Jose had excellent local knowledge and we enjoyed chatting to him, thankyou Jose! We had food and drink waiting for us on arrival and we were allowed to access the propery when we got there 11:30 AM earlier than the entry time. 10/10 Jose for everything, we had an amazing holiday in beautiful Alcudia and would definitely go back again. Thankyou so much.

Lovely Family Villa

Our much anticipated holiday for our family of 11 was a great success as this villa was perfect for us. Jose was welcoming and helpful and the couple of small concerns during our stay were dealt with promptly. The large deep swimming pool was really appreciated, a great source of fun. We did not hire a car and it was easy to walk to the beach and shops and taxis are reliable and not expensive. The welcome pack of fresh food Jose left for us was very generous and a lovely way to start after our long journey. Super holiday, so sad it's over!

Great villa for large group

The Villa was perfect for a 10 night stay for our family of 7 including grandsons, parents, uncle and grandparents. Large swimming pool plus plenty of space to relax for all. Bath and beach towels for everyone plus lots of crockery, glasses and cutlery also made self catering so much easier. Joseph was a very attentive host filling the fridge with food and drinks on our arrival and ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. Great restaurants, shops and beach all within walking distance.

Great location, great host

The villa is in a great location, cannot fault that. The villa is lovely but in need of some upgrading. We wanted 5 bedrooms and this is what we got however one of the bedrooms is actually a lounge with a covered up fire place, there is a separate dining room with a tv and 2 small sofas and a very large dining table. There are also 2 large tables outside there is also a large BBQ. There are some mature lemon trees in the garden and I'm sure they would make lovely lemonade (which i never got around to making). The owner is lovely and very helpful, he supplied us with food and drinks in the fridge for our arrival, the villa is clean but there was a musty smell in one of the en-suite bedrooms. The owner supplies cleaning fluids and other such items such as plug in mosquito killers. The outside bathroom was very handy for the children, the pool area is lovely however some of the concrete outside needs repairing and is hard going on bare feet. What it does not make clear is that you have to pay for the electricity you use, to be fair however for us this came to only about 25 euros and the owner wavered this for us which makes me wonder if he has been stung by some inconsiderate former tenants. Also dont forget the government tax which is 2 euros per night for 7 nights for any person over the age of 16yrs. Overall my family loved our holiday and the villa was more than big enough for the 12 of us. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment and utensils. There is an outside room with a washer and dryer however the dryer is not needed as there is a large roof terrace that has washing lines already put up, even with pegs supplied. So all in all Jose provided everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. I would highly recommend anyone to hire this villa and Alcudia is a beautiful and clean place to visit.

Good quiet & spacious property.

Good quiet location, which is about 15 min. walk to the main beach with plenty of bars / restaurants en route. Owners are very friendly and provided a huge welcome pack, with everything you initially need and more. Villa and grounds are spacious with good facilities. Pool size is impressive, but while great for adults, at 1.8 mt depth at the shallow end not so child friendly. Overall, very happy with the experience.

Et dejligt sted. Sober udlejer.

Stedet var nøjagtigt som på billederne. Dejligt, rummeligt og perfekt til en familie på ti. Mange rum og mange badeværelser. Køkkenet lidt lille. God pool og gode ude arealer. Gratis citroner. Fin placering tæt ved midtbyen og tæt ved stranden.

Great house for a larger group

Great location for alcudia Bay. We were visiting to take part in Ironman 70.3 so it was ideal. Welcome pack was excellent and owner was very friendly. Very 70’s but also clean. Would recommend for a larger group.

Fantastic Property

Great villa, Jose was a fantastic host. Enjoyed our stay. Great welcome package; drinks and food! Cupboards stocked with herbs, oils, condiments, shower gels. Washing tablets and fabric softener etc. all washing done before we even get home! Thanks
