Sunrise and ocean view was beautiful!House needs some TLC. 1st level floors are in need of replacement. Dings in sheetrock around bunk beds and towel hangers need repair.

The house was overall a good stay and it is about 100 feet from the coastline which we loved, but there are a lot of things about the property that could really benefit from a few upgrades. The home is fitted with the cheapest quality appliances, sheets, towels. Overall look like the place needed a deep clean and it could greatly benefit from a better working stovetop/oven. We planned on cooking a lot during the day, but it was difficult to use the stove top because of how old and how easily it burned food. They repairs needed around the property that included floor separating in areas and shower door falling apart and it did not. It had a heated pool, but the pool was not warm when we were there. Overall, it was a beautiful view and the family had a good time. The Communication of the property management was also incredibly responsive.

This house was awesome for our large family week at the beach. It is well furnished, clean, and comfortable. Nice sized kitchen with TWO refrigerators, TWO dishwashers, and an ice machine. Great to have two washer-dryer sets in the house. Everything well maintained and working.The little pool on the deck was bigger than we thought it would be, and the kids had a blast. Great access to the beach with our own boardwalk. The view of the ocean from the house was good.Our stay was in August, and the AC in the house on every floor was fantastic.We would love to stay here again!

Vacation House

Although we did have a good time and the property is great. We did not feel it was cleaned well, more like a quick clean to get it done. There was other peoples hair on the walls in all showers, someone’s sticky bra stuck to the wall, etc. It does need some small updates. The stove top - all the knob dials are worn off so you can’t see what temp your cooking on, one knob was broken, one burner only works on high. The slider - there is no slider handle on the outside and the one on the inside was just mounted and doesn’t actually work. The main floor bathroom - door doesn’t lock. The kitchen floor- broken in multiple places and there is a very soft/ squishy spot near barstools. Bathrooms on floor 2&3 - half of the bathrooms the cold and hot are backwards. There was multiple cockroaches in kitchen on the floors, inside the cabinets and some bedrooms, I messaged host and was told someone would come check it out but nobody came. And lastly, there are two chairs in the corner of living room that we didn’t dare to sit in because they look they will break at any moment, the seat cushion itself is nonexistent and the legs are bowed. But again, beautiful property/ location just needs some small updates that hopefully will be taken care of before next person comes.

Everything we were looking for.

House has best location right on beach and ocean. Little pool is nice, really no need for it with ocean right there. House is well appointed with everything you could need. Easy check in and check out. Close to all the action but in a quieter part of the strip. Great time at a great property.

Girls' Trip

We never left the house/beach! We have an annual trip to the beach and this was our 3rd VRBO. There was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy being in the same room for dinner, etc. It is on our "go back" list.

Mother's 70th Birthday

This was a great place and the management property was great to work with. Not nearly as busy at this end of the beach is one advantage and having the pool was nice for the little ones for the end of the day to wind down. Very comfortable for 21 people. Would stay there again!!

Great Beach Stay

Great house with awesome layout of bedrooms for multiple families to have their own space and bathrooms. Pool was great and nice to have it heated for the cooler spring break days! Decor is cute, kitchen is well equipped, nice to have two sets of washers and dryers. Property manager promptly answered and responded to an oven issue. The location is great, beaches not crowded at this location and super close to good restaurants. Would definitely stay again if back in that area. My only suggestions would be to get new couches for the living area- they have seen their better days, provide beach towels and maybe some beach chairs to use during your stay(we just went and bought some, or just plan to bring your own)

Perfect for family vacation!

Plenty of room to spread out, I thought the pool would be to small however it was a perfect size for the kids to have a break from the beech. Good parking, close to the beech and not crowded. Would stay again for sure.

Cookin Up Fun Indeed!

During our recent stay at Cookin Up Fun 2, we had a wonderful experience overall. The location was simply outstanding, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the beach. The beds were comfortable and provided a peaceful night's sleep, allowing us to fully recharge for our beach adventures. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the pool. It was well-maintained, inviting, and offered a refreshing respite from the summer heat. We spent countless hours enjoying the pool and creating lasting memories with our loved ones. However, it's worth noting that we did notice that the home could benefit from a deep cleaning. While it didn't detract significantly from our overall experience, we believe a thorough cleaning would have enhanced our stay even further. Despite this minor issue, our time was memorable and enjoyable. We appreciate the comfortable beds, the fantastic location, and the opportunity to create lasting memories. We would consider returning in the future, hoping that the cleanliness of the house would be addressed. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful retreat by the sea!

Big Disappointment

Paid for heated pool—Did not work—called they said it just broke —when man came over for stair problems he said it had been broken for two weeks. —The pool was a big deal for our grandchildren—They should have called me to let me know about the pool and found mea new place.—Their property next door pool worked there was no one in it —ask to use they said they would check never called back —Someone did move in the next day but they could have let use it for 2 days before they moved in. The oven didn’t work properly & was difficult to use.

Great Property, Location & Well Stocked Kitchen

Great property for an extended family vacation for me, my spouse, siblings, cousins, nieces & nephew. We have done large family vacations in many locations. On top of being a fantastic property right on the beach, what stood out for us was the kitchen cookware, utensils, and dinnerware were more than adequate for a large group that does a lot of cooking! Typically, we purchase things to cook with and paper products for eating, but there was no need here. They have everything you need. Just bring your group and enjoy!

Great House!

We stayed here for Thanksgiving and a very late birthday celebration and we all had a great time. There was a little issue at first with the stove and the property service manager did a wonderful job of resolving our problem. He was truly concerned and determined to help us out. He gets a gold star in my book. The kids stayed in the pool or on the beach the entire time. All in all it was a great place to stay.

Great Location/Fun Family Vacay!

We had a great time for our quick family getaway! The location is perfect and the plentiful rooms and bathrooms were great for everyone to have their own space. Also plenty of towels and nice to have 2 dishwashers and 2 washers and dryers. There are a few maintenance things that need some attention, and it wasn’t the cleanest place we’ve stayed in, but still a great time and experience.

Great place for a family get together!

The house was perfect for our large family get together. Each family had a room and a bathroom. The living/kitchen/dining area was perfect. The decor is modern and clean. The boardwalk to the beach was great for the little ones as they could go back and forth between the beach and house with no problems. We all loved it so much we’re thinking of doing it again here next year!
