Great location. Lots of storage. The host was very responsive. It’s a little noisy staying below the main floor. Loud walking and chairs moving - maybe put felt on the legs of the chairs? It was ok for us but might not be for others stay. The mattress in the master bed in the master tilted toward the window and pillows need to be replaced (stained/old) or bring your own.

Great place to stay!

Everything about this apartment was excellent except for the loud noises from upstairs. Sounded like they were walking around in heavy boots when we were trying to sleep. The host provided extra towels, toilet paper, bath items, kitchen supplies, more than we have ever had anywhere else.

Great location but issues with beds

The sheets of one of the beds was unclean when we arrived and the mattresses were musty and didn’t have mattress covers. Ultimately we decided to just crash with friends instead of staying here.

Convenient Location in Great Neighborhood

This property was perfect for my family to stay in town. My father had surgery at Emory so this house was a close, safe and ideal location. The property had everything my mom and aunts needed and was very comfortable. They loved it!!!

Perfect Spot in Midtown

Easy entry and parking exactly as described. No issues with Wi-Fi and all the cable and streaming options you want. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms! No complaints and would stay again.

- If you have mobility issues, this is not a good spot for you. There is a sloping brick paver driveway and several large stairs down and no hand rail.- Others mentioned in their review about upstairs neighbors walking heavily / loud TV. I can confirm this is true.- Clothes washer in unit is a nice feature. - Everything worked. Electrical, plumbing, coffee maker, TV.- Lots of restaurants and GaTech are walkable from here. One bath attached to bedroom and one to common area.

This vacation rental fit our needs perfectly. It is clean, well stocked and the location was central to everywhere we wanted to go. The owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again. One of the best features is having your own personal parking spot right in front of the house!

Historic Midtown

Great and very responsive property host! The unit is spacious and nicely located in a residential neighborhood within walking distance to Piedmont Park and groceries (for staples used the LM Convenience store. Uber and Door Dash are active in the neighborhood for short stays, but there are also full grocery stores in the area. It w As great to have a dedicated parking spot as the street is narrow and there is parking on both sides of the street. Very convenient location and excellent host!

Only difficulty was The shower was extra high raised and hard to get into and out of- my husband and I almost fell out trying to get out of the shower - Parking was easy with the reserved spot and street parking - appreciate the supplies in shower and kitchen well stocked with coffee and cooking spray and good amount of pots-

Great Weekend

My brother and I attended the Ga vs GaTech football game. We are both in our 70's and the 2 bedroom, 2 baths worked out perfect for us. We both know Atlanta well and the location was perfect. We both like to walk a lot and we easily walked to the Arboretum, Piedmont Park, neighborhood for breakfast and to the GaTech Stadium. We also walked to the High Museum, which is about 2 miles from the apartment. Felt safe the entire time. I love the neighborhood. It is a mixture of homes and apartments from the 1920's through the 1950's with a few new modern homes thrown in. I found the apartment I lived in in 1968 on Argonne Ave. while a student at Tech. Piedmont Park was full of people walking dogs, joggers, etc. An arts and crafts festival was in progress while we were there. No complaints, had a great time, plan to book again.

Great location! Only complaints were only decaf coffee was available (no biggie but I always appreciate easily accessible coffee) and we have a napping toddler so the upstairs foot traffic during her sleeping times was an unexpected snafu. Other than that, communication was great, check in and out was easy, beds were comfy!

Great time in midtown Atlanta!

My friend and I came to sightsee, shop, and dine out. Everything was a quick walk or short Uber drive. Fun and vibrant area. The apartment was just right for us. Clean and quiet. Upstairs tenant was not a problem. If we had questions, the owner responded right away. We had a good stay.

Great location

Doing art show at Piedmont Park for weekend. Walk was only 30 min away. Restaurants nearby. Nice neighborhood. George was great accommodating parking for my large van and friends trailer . Really appreciated the care!

We are seasoned travelers and will be delighted to provide information as to the City, dining , shopping and its many charming attractions.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Fantastic location- you can walk everywhere from here. Lyft and Uber are easily available at all times. Bird and Lime scooters are all over. The hosts live next door and are easily contacted if you need anything. The unit is set up based on our own travels with VRBO and other services, to include all of the things we think you need for a wonderful stay. We support local artists and furnish the units with their furniture and artworks.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Luxurious private unit in a house with experienced local hosts- much of Midtown is now high rise and very urban. This neighborhood is a quiet safe residential area yet close to everything.
