Perfect spot for Pico skiing!

This was our third time back and we continue to love this condo! It’s extremely convenient to the Pico Triple and has plenty of space. We can’t wait to return soon!

Our 2nd stay!

Our 2nd stay at the property. Walk to slope, come back for lunch, back on the slope in 2 mins, repeat.Perfect for families with little kids and parents who don't want to load/unload their cars with gear every morning. Well appointed, clean, and great owner.

Fantastic location for Pico skiing!

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo! The location can't be beat as the triple chair is pretty much right outside the back door. There is plenty of space as two of the bedrooms have bunk beds and everything was nicely cleaned. We will definitely be back soon!

Perfect for Spartan Race Visit

Just what we needed for our trip to VT for the Spartan Races. Great place to stay. Quiet area. Close drive to good food, good coffee, and shops (when needing those last minute items). Very comfy beds with very comfy bedding.

Incredible location

Ground floor with a back door you can walk right to the lift which is about 20 yards away. It has a nespresso machine and a smart TV. Comfortable beds too. I would definitely stay again.

Fantastic ski-in/ski-out location

This is a perfecty located property that’s a 30-second walk to the Little Pico triple. It’s a three bedroom with plenty of beds, VERY clean and lots of extra clean towels and linens. The fireplace makes it very cozy and we loved the views of the chairlift. Lucy was extremely communicative and helpful! Hope to be back next season!⛷️

March Ski Vacation

This is our second time staying in this unit. The owners are awesome to deal with and make everything easy. The location of the unit is what drew us back. You can walk right out your door and be on the slopes. The lift is less than 50 yards away. The unit was clean and we enjoyed making fires in the wood burning fireplace each night. There are plenty of great places to eat less than 5 miles away on the Killington access road. In addition to Pico out your back door, Killington is 10 mins and we also went to Sugarbush which was about an hour away. The only suggestions we have would be the queen bed in the front bedroom wasn’t all that comfortable and probably has seen it’s useful life. Also new cookware would be a nice upgrade as the pans are a little tired. We would likely return again next time we head to the area. Overall a great place to stay.

Great place for a ski trip

Had a great time staying at this property! It had plenty of space and was a short drive to Killington mountain and a 30 second walk to the lifts at Pico. Everything about staying here was great. Would certainly come back!

Family Ski Trip

My 29th season coming to Pico, this is the best experience I have ever had. Clean. Easy access to the unit. Great layout. View of the Little Pico Triple Chair & an easy stroll to the lift line through the back door. No steps or elevators to deal with to get out and back from the the slopes. Highly recommend. Owner was spectacular responding to my question about where the unit was in that big area. She’s so nice, helpful and responded in seconds. We can’t wait to go back.

Perfect ski weekend in a great condo! We were looking for something in my brother’s complex and this was just what we wanted! Owner was super communicative, place was clean and well stocked! We would definitely stay here again!

Back again!

This was our second stay at this property, the first being 2 years ago. We have 3 teenagers and it still works great for our family. It's an easy walk to the lifts...the closest one being about 30 steps from the back door of the unit. Master bedroom mattress isnt the greatest but the rest of the beds were super comfy. The condo has everything our family needs, we'll be back.

nice weekend

The process of reserving the property was so easy. Received information to enter the property in good time. Condo was very clean and had all amenities we needed for the weekend. The Floridians loved the snow and the closeness of the mountain. The blankets on the double bunk bed were amazing warm cozy and new. The beds were comfortable. My only suggestion would be to purchase a couple of new pans. Ones there were quite beat up. Other than that would like to come back.

Not enough clean towels; no shovel; couldn't accomodate booking adjustment

The listing says sleeps 8, but when we arrived, there were only 4 clean shower size towels. The host said she'll have the cleaner bring additional towels over, which never happened. It snowed heavily on the second day of our stay, but then there's no shovel in the house and we had to borrow from a gym nearby. The host is also very inflexible about booking adjustment even we told her our dilemma. To be fair, the location is great, and the host is responsive through text messages and call in general, but there were just too many unpleasant surprises...

Great location, a few small issues

Overall, this was a nice place to stay, with a few caveats. First of all, you can't beat the proximity to the base area and lodge at Pico. Walk right out the back door to the triple chair, and ski right back to the condo for lunch or at the end of the day. Other pros and cons include: Pros: Plenty of beds, clean, great water pressure in the shower, well seasoned firewood, large TV, Nespresso pods provided. Cons: Small kitchen, fireplace was full of ash that we needed to clean out(no ash bucket provided), slow draining kitchen sink, tiny kitchen trash can, icemaker not working. Also, it would have been nice if the patio was shoveled and a path was cleared to the base area. Thankfully, we had a shovel with us, so we took the time to shovel out the patio and clear a path over to the base. Otherwise, it was posthole-ing our way over.

Awesome Ski Condo!

Overall our whole weekend stay was amazing. The condo was spacious, clean, and cozy. It had everything a family could ask for in a weekend ski trip to Pico. Lucy was extremely attentive to our needs and always answered within 10 minutes. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to take there family on a weekend getaway!
