The home was clean and well stocked. We were in town for an event that lasted all day Fri - Sun so we didn't have time for cooking in the home, but the appliances looked nice and it looked like they had plenty of pots and pans for cooking. My only complaint was no fan in the main bedroom. We found a fan in the closet on the second night, but plugged it in to 2 different outlets and it didn't work. I would stay again though.

This home was wonderful to stay at. We had plenty of towels and amenities, it was exceptionally clean and comfortable on all areas, and very close to where we were visiting for our event. The house gets a great rating from me and we would definitely choose to stay here again if we are in the area!

WEC Summer Show

Our 2nd stay here. I LOVE this home. It's super convenient to get to WEC and close to all the necessary amenities while away from home. Very cozy and SO CUTE!! Host is very gracious! Thank you, again!!

We enjoyed this home for a few days while horse showing at WEC. The location was nice for quick access to a grocery stores and multiple restaurants, plus only 12 minutes from the show grounds.While the beds could have been more comfortable, the house was welcoming with coffee supplies and a convenient laundry set up. The home size and bedroom layout worked well for my daughter and me.

Beautiful property marred by poor attention to details

The property is beautiful and very well maintained. However I did notice some things and will list. 1. The shower has tragically poor water pressure. 2. The overall cleanliness is good however small details seemed overlooked. For instance on the dresser in the room I was staying in it seems some fake eye lashes and contacts were left on the dresser. Quite icky. 3. The beds are not comfortable and quite old. 4. The neighborhood is somewhat sketch. Now there were some things I quite enjoyed like it's proximity to downtown Wilmington. The over all aesthetic is just gorgeous. The kitchen is easy to use and has a dishwasher!

Cozy & Lovely

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is in a nice location with a great coffee shop down the street. We were very comfortable and enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen and lounging on the couch at the end of a busy day. The second bedroom fit our son's pack & play which allowed him to have his own room at night. We brought our own blackout curtains and table attached highchair. We were very grateful to be able to do laundry in the clean basement throughout the week.

Perfect for our family

We could not have been more delighted with our experience! This house is so charming and clean, and the owners' organization and communication made everything easy and wonderful. We loved the layout - it was stylish and functional, and it was truly perfect for our family of four. We had plenty of space, and the house isn't just pretty, it's also so comfortable. The location is also perfect - located in the town with a quick, easy, and beautiful drive to WEC. We can't wait to go back!

Great Stay-Great Location

We had a great stay at this charming home! The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and full of thoughtful touches—like the coffee bar and holiday decor that we loved. Its location was perfect, with easy access to the World Equestrian Center (WEC) and plenty of nearby dining options. Communication with the owner was great and made for smooth stay. Highly recommend this rental for anyone visiting the area!

Overall impression was good. Only problem was with the bed not being comfortable nor was the couch. House was nice newer appliances etc. Decorated cute. Nice coffee setup. Close to things in town.

Amazing rental

Excellent home!

This was a great VRBO. Everything from the key code access to WiFi working was such an ease. The rooms were perfect and the beautiful upcycled decor was spot on. The house felt like home. Actually I wish it WAS my home. The only sad thing was we only had time to enjoy sleeping, showering, and morning coffee.
