Convenient and perfect WEC rental

Close to WEC and perfect as a home base while showing. House is clean and has all the amenities you need, including a fully stocked kitchen. Host is quick to communicate. Will def be back for the next time we show her.

Super Clean & Convenient to WEC Property

This is a great place to stay if you’re in the area for a horse show. Very clean and quiet and in a cute little spot down. Well-stocked with everything you need for an extended stay and very roomy. Everything is updated and fresh feeling.

Perfect

The location was perfect! There is some street noise but it was moderate. The home was clean and orderly. Check in and out was seamless. This is a perfect little spot 13mins from the Roberts Center.

Our favorite place!

Our second of many future stays, I hope! I almost hate letting this little secret out because I know in the future many will fight over staying at this super clean, well stocked with everything you could need and quiet cottage while we are at WEC. Total Comfort

A workman's paradise. Quiet area of town, great layout of the property, close proximity to everything needed, and easy access to the highway. Definitely somewhere to stay if you desire the comfort of your own home. Oh, and the beds... Holy cow they are extremely comfortable...

Eileen is the best! We have stayed here now multiple times with hopefully more times to come! Every thing you need is there, it’s quiet, convenient and her baking goodies are fought over who can get to them first lol! Wonderful caring and thoughtful owner !

We're a retired military family. We have lived across the United States and have enjoyed hosting others wherever we've lived.

This neighborhood is centrally located between downtown and shopping & restaurants, within walking distance of Wilmington College (home of the Quakers) and less than a 10-minute drive to local hospitals and the World Equestrian Center.

The apartment was one of the first short-term rentals in the area, and we have many repeat customers. Guests are able to park right next to the covered porch, and there are no steps to get into the property.
The Carriage House is centrally located about an hour from three large cities: Dayton, Cincinnati, Columbus.
