Awesome place!

This unit was just as pictured. . . it was perfect! The location is back off the main drag, so it was peaceful and quiet. Parking is the bottom floor of the building, your vehicle is out of the weather. Overall, a very nice place to stay!

Great Place to Stay

The Condo was exactly as it looked on the website. Very cozy & comfortable. It was in a Great location We walked everywhere we wanted to go in Gatlinburg. It 's only about 4-5 miles form Pigeon Forge. We had no trouble with parking there at the condo. The lady who works at the front lobby desk was very friendly & helpful. The whole property was very clean & well maintained.

Great Location!

We loved the convenience of the property for access to the National Park, downtown Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge! Very spacious and comfortable for 4 adults! There are definitely some needed updates, but everything was well stocked! Unfortunately, the hot tub is seasonal (which is not clear in the description online) and the fire place did not work. I would definitely stay at Baskins Creek again, but would want to ensure the fire place worked in the unit!

Spacious and luxurious condo

After spending a few nights in several hotels in the US, this condo was a pleasant change with a lot of space and a second bedroom incl bathroom with two separate beds. Quite a big balcony with a view on the swimming pool and hot tub. Of all the accommodations we stayed during our trip, this was the absolute favourite place of our childeren. The location is also perfect - you can walk to the centre of Gatlinburg with a lot of restaurants and things to do. The entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains is less than 10 minutes drive. We've seen bears at a trail (Grotto Falls) that is very near to this condo at Baskin Creek.

Beautiful Condo in a great location!

The condo was beautiful and in a great location! Plenty of towels and starters of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, shampoo, laundry soap and dish soap. The furnishings were very attractive. The master bedroom king bed was so comfortable! Unfortunately the two queen beds in other bedroom need to have mattresses replaced. I gave a four start because of those to beds. If they had been more comfortable I would have rated it a 5 Star! The pool area was really nice. The outside hot tub was being worked on the entire time we were there. We would have liked to be able to use it. My family looks forward to returning again in the Fall. Condo was a pleasant walk away from downtown Gatlinburg, which saved us on parking fees.

Great place, great location!

Loved the room. Very clean and quick, easy walking access right onto the main street of Gatlinburg. Only issue we had was the 110VAC outlets in the master bedroom. We found only one outlet functioning which meant the lamps adjacent to the beds did not work and my wife had issue running her C-Pap and then couldn't even charge a phone. Also, the front desk area was not manned and no one to really reach out to onsite. Didn't even bother reporting it as we were only there for two nights. Other than that one issue I would highly recommend.

Excellent location just off the main strip but walkable without much effort. The room was fairly clean and comfortable. The code to use the elevator from the parking garage was slightly annoying at times but overall we had a great experience.
