Beautiful condo

Great location very weak water pressure and the tv service provided was not easy to use. Management said none of the tvs got high def in building which was untrue seems like it was just the main tv in the living room.

Perfect!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the security measures in place at this complex. The elevator from the underneath parking area was accessible only with a code. The location is very convenient and there is a trolley stop outside the complex.

Location and comfort

Great location to walk into Gatlinburg. Wonderful pillows and plenty to spare. Very comfortable beds with the master having an adjustable base. Very clean with plenty of towels. Nice view from balcony with four comfortable rockers.

Great place

Very clean and comfortable bed. All three tvs were on when we arrived which is a little weird. I would suggest getting curtains for the bedrooms to cut down the brightness from the street lights.

Disappointed- cigarette smell

This condo smelled like the home of someone who smokes two packs a day in their house. We noticed the cigarette smell as soon as we opened the door to the condo and contacted vacasa via text- their response was, sorry- open a window. The staff at the front desk was slightly more helpful, providing a can of febreeze and coming in to change the air filter. We left the balcony door open, ran fans constantly, sprayed febreeze, lit a candle- nothing alleviated the smell. Upon arriving home we notice that all our clothing and luggage have been penetrated with the cigarette smell. This was advertised as a smoke free facility and we were extremely disappointed to have to stay in a condo that clearly was not smoke free. If it hadn't been for the smell, I would have rated this place 4 stars. We liked the location in walking distance to the parkway without being too close. Easy parking. The furnishings were all as pictured. We watched our netflix on the smart tv, which my kids appreciated. While the kitchen was furnished with plenty of dishes, cookware, and appliances for our needs we would have appreciated some additional basic items like salt and pepper or a couple coffee filters.

Awesome Place

Beds were wonderfully comfortable as was the living space. All so the comforts of home. We were within walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. The swimming pool was also amazing. Everything was clean and well maintained. Would stay again

Great Vacation Spot

We will be back. The beds/pillows we’re comfortable. The condo was clean and very nice. The living room furniture and kitchen amenities were great. My only complaint was the TV. We typically don’t watch TV on vacation however our 7 month old son was with us on our trip and usually we turn something on to keep him occupied while we get ready or while we are relaxing around the condo. The TV had limited channels and even though it was a smart TV was not connected to internet and could not be connected, so we couldn’t log in to our streaming services to watch things when we needed to. We will be staying at Baskin Creek for all our future Gatlinburg trips!

Nice place

Conveniently located a short walk off the main strip. The kitchen is dated but functional. Beds were comfortable. Condo does not have a smart TV so you can stream your own shows. At least electrical receptacles did not work. There are no “basic supplies/condiments” in the kitchen whatsoever. Not even coffee filters, or salt/pepper, or scrubbing pads for dishes. This wouldn’t be so bad if there was a grocery store in town, but the closest one is in Pigeon Forge.

Our only complaint was the master shower water pressure was bad. This condo is walking distance to everything so no need to pay to park.

314 was nice and comfortable, had poor cleaning issues.

This was our 4th time in 2 years staying at Baskins Creek Condos. We have loved every stay but had some hiccups this time. The top notch cleanliness is the main reason we stay, but re-thinking coming back after we found macaroni on the kitchen floor, popcorn and hair on the guest bathroom floor and 2 beds in the guest room made up so sloppily, we were not sure the bedding was even clean. To top it off, the fireplace did not work and the condo did not have the first bit of Christmas decor which was very disappointing since we were not home for Christmas. Paul at the front desk was very apologetic and very nice. His hands were tied getting someone to the condo so close to Christmas to repair the fireplace. As far as having housekeeping come back, they were short handed and could not verify when they might come. I chose to cancel housekeeping the next day and also cancelled plans for the family that was suppose to stay with us in the problem room.

Positives: The location is excellent (walkable to Parkway), the room was clean (slight water discoloration near the bathtub in the second room), the outdoor pool was clean, and the Keurig coffee machine was a nice addition. The bed in the primary room is one of those adjustable ones, though unfortunately we weren't able to figure out how to use it (looked like it needed batteries). Negatives: The ice machine does not really work; it will make ice but then get stuck and won't make more. I asked to have it looked at but it didn't happen. That was a huge inconvenience, made worse by the fact that there wasn't a 2 qt container to chill water so it was impossible to have cold water without constantly buying plastic bottles. Ultimately, I have stayed at other Baskin Creek condos and preferred those to this particular one.
