Nice cabin

The cabin was clean and everyone had a great time. The game room was great everyone spent time in it. The jukebox was nice had a lot of good songs. We could only get one tv to work upstairs and that was in one of the bedrooms. Over all good cabin to stay in.

Great location! Home needs some updating.

Game room was a hit however some if the games were broken or missing parts. Flooring needs a really good cleaning. Beds were comfortable and it was more than enough space for 11 people. Pinball machine lever got stuck. Pool table was missing all but one pool cue. Air hockey table seems old and air flow is not great. Overall though it was a great trip. Everyone had a great time!!

Poor maintenance

Let's start by saying love the way the cabin was decorated and such. However toilet in master was broke. Pool sticks broke. Pinball machine broke. Arcade game broke. Hot tub is at such a slant that water comes out one corner.blind broken in basement fireplace made a horrible noise on main floor. No bedding for pull outs. No steak knifes only large . All rugs were trip hazards with edges curled up. I've tried to reach out through email and text and no reply however I will be giving the worst rating possible for the amount of money paid for what I was supposed to receive.

Nice place.

The cabin was nice, but it did need some maintenance. Some of the handrails were loose. The stairs outside going to the bottom were blocked off. I assume because they weren’t safe to walk on.

Great Stay

The jukebox downstairs was a big highlight! We played pool and danced the night away! There is so much space, plenty of room for a big family.

Rustic Family Funhouse

Great Experience For Our Group

We very comfortably slept 9 people. The place was conveniently located 5-10 minutes from the Island. Our group especially enjoyed the pool table and the arcade games. If I bring a similar group back Pigeon Forge, this will definitely be at the top of my list.

Cabin has nice potential but is poorly maintained

I will start by saying that I spoke with the property management company about all of this while I was still there. That stated, we had 14 people staying at the cabin for 2 nights and when we arrived we found the cabin was not clean. The dining room chairs were sticky, crumbs were on the table and counters and overall was quite dusty and had cobwebs throughout. When we opened the kitchen cabinets there were roaches. As we checked everything out and found that the hottub was not running and was cold. We immediately called the contact number given in the email and was told they would "put in a ticket" and it might take 24 hours to respond. Note that we were only there less than 48 hours. We did get a call back that night about 3 hours later from maintenance who walked us through how to turn the hottub back on. Apparently the cleaning crew had left it unplugged, according to him. Regardless, the hot tub was unable to be used that night as it was not warm until the following day. From the very first use, the main level bathroom had to be plunged after every use no matter the contents. After dinner on the 2nd (last) evening, while cleaning up the garbage disposal started to back up, causing a pretty significant stench throughout, and would not drain the rest of the evening. This made the right side of the sink unusable. We tried plunging it but it did not work. Later that evening, we tried to use the dishwasher and after about 5 minutes of running it started flooding the kitchen. We ended up stopping it and just let them sit since the sink was not working either. Usually when we stay at a cabin there is a booklet with instructions for check out etc. but there was none and there were no instructions sent via email either. we just did what we have done in the past. Upon leaving we contacted the property management office and gave them all of the above information. they were apologetic and said that they would report it accordingly and someone would be in contact with us to discuss. To date (about 10 days) noone has contacted us, thus we are leaving this review. Overall we made the best of it spending time with friends but we would not choose this cabin nor a cabin managed by this company, Vacasa, again. Had we received a follow up call to discuss like they said we would, we would not have made these issues public via this review, but since it appears our complaints fell on deaf ears, here we are.

Good and bad

First the good, the cabin is very nice with lots of room. We enjoyed the Native American tributes and the bear decorations. My wife enjoyed the bath tub after a long day of hiking. The bad was that there were several issues with the accommodations. There were no spoons, the coffee maker was missing the pot and unable to brew. There were issues with almost all the games. The dart board had no working darts, the pool table was not usable on one side, the air hockey was not able to blow full air, and one of the video games joystick didn’t work. We were really forward to the pinball machine. I know pinballs are sensitive and have a lot of moving parts. The Simpson’s game had the garage special that would t work and the coach where to lock for multiball was also broken. One of the upstairs windows were open and when I went to slide it up it flew out of the frame. Luckily I caught it. Norm was the repair guy and was very nice. He helped me repair it at 11 pm at night. Thank you Norm! There is a family of squirrels (we think squirrels) that live on the roof and make a lot of noise. We are extremely grateful that we were able to spend our vacation here, but for the price and lack of working games and missing essentials….we will look elsewhere next time.

Just so so

Cabin was okay.......no spoons in the kitchen and some of the games in the "game room" did not work. Biggest issue was that this property is located in a "resort" but not really. No resources, no office, nothing and nobody to resolve issues with. Had to call the police both nights (once at 4 and 5am!!!!) to ask extremely rude and arrogant neighbors to pipe down. No one got any sleep at all and there was no one to help address the issue on the property, or shall I say the "resort". So, good luck.

Youth trip

This place accommodated a group of 12 very comfortably! It was in a great location and had plenty of games to entertain the kids! I have to give this place a 3 star because although it was clean (bathrooms, fridge, sheets and towels) it was still very dusty. Not just like a week of not dusting either. I just feel like if they could have wiped stuff down a little better. Also, the mattresses were hard as a rock. We would probably stay here again if it was the only option but would rather choose another place.

Spend your money elsewhere

It may sound stupid , but the reason I booked this cabin was because of the pinball machine. At $1200 a night everything should work. The first night the hot tub didn't work. Also the pinball machine didn't work. I called and they said they will have someone out the next day to fix it. They asked what tome and I said anytime works. The nextday nobody showed up. I called to complain i was told they had to tk to me to arrange a time or they wouldnt show up. Would have been nice to know the second day. So we arranged to have it all fixed the next day. The guy who came said he doesnt work on pinball machines and they would send someone else. They never did. He also told us that the emergency disconnect for the hot tub was broken so he rigged it up and said he was going to replace it after our stay. Ummmm no thank you will I put my family in a electrical hot tub full of water thats been rigged up. So for $5200 we had no hot tub or pinball machine. Thanks for nothing!! Negative review if I could.

Memories made

Loved the location. Beds were comfy. Alot of games in cabin to keep us busy on the rainy days but only a couple worked. Over all, would stay again if all the games worked.

Perfect Fit!

The cabin was a perfect fit for my family. My children enjoyed the game room. The only thing we were unable to cut on was the ping pong arcade game. It was really helpful to have light switches labeled for the game room, along with the children sleeping quarters being located within the same space made them feel like the room was built just for them. The cabin was clean with clear accessible instructions. My parents and mother-in-law were able to stay on the entry level which helped a lot with their mobility. The television receiver box did not work in the common area on the top floor near the master suite, but I also did not contact anyone to make them aware. Everything also worked great in the cabin. The area was quiet and the main strip in town was maybe 15 minutes away. My only suggestions would be more wash cloths and towels and better lighting in the entry level bedrooms, but overall it was a perfect fit for us. We are definitely checking dates to book here again this year. A great choice.

Fun Family Vacay!

Cabin was decorated really cute! Had a leak under kitchen sink and upstairs shower but they fixed it right away. Remotes missing batteries and only 1 roll of toilet paper, paper towels and 1 garbage bag for each can...... could have been stocked a little better. Also needs cutting board. We did have a great time. The game room was amazing!
