Reasonable cabin stay.

Everything was fine. It's seen it's share of visitors so there's some signs of wear. Don't expect perfection here. Not a lot of amenities but the pool table was nice. The shower knobs are labeled backwards and I'm pretty sure the water heater is under sized or needs maintenanced. It ran out of hot water pretty quick. But other than a few things it got the job done. Just a simple cabin if that's what your looking for.

Complete disaster!!!

I DO NOT recommend, long story short. Canceled reservation an hour to check in due to cleaning ppl couldn't reach the property, the offer was to move us to a condo with 1 bedroom or a lodge. I always choose cabins yet this was my offer. Then finally got offered another cabin two towns away, get there and Road is closed. Then finally got placed in a condo after was fed up with the run around, of course it was back in pigeon Forge. Then they refunded me the trip only to call back 1 hour after in the condo demanding payment for the rental. Which tied up another 400 on my card, and after all this.....15% off next stay. Literally had us driving for h hours in a snow storm that everyone knew was coming, got scared we were going to have to fend for ourselves.

Dingy

The overall house upon walking in was nice, check in and check out were easy as well. But, there were empty beer cans still in the loft area, along with toilet paper rolls. The sheets were VERY used and needed to be replaced or needed a good shave to get ride of the tiny fabric build up from so many uses. The downstairs bathroom was gross, it seemed like the floor had water damage because tiles were coming up. The hot tub was very janky, the lid clearly saw better days and the water smelt like it had not been treated in months.

Amazing Views….Bear Sighted

Loved the location, it was very convenient for the activities we choose. Everything was in the same area. We also seen a bear 🐻 We will most definitely be staying here again!

Great place but be prepared for no phone

Very clean and quiet area. Very beautiful seen. Water problem with the upstairs bathroom that required plunger that wasn't available we had to buy. The water leaked to the kitchen downstairs. Overall great place to stay

A magical getaway!

My family had such a lovely vacation staying in this quaint cabin! It's kept super clean and it was great hearing the birds sing in the morning! We will definitely be staying with them again whenever we return to Pigeon Forge!

Stay with Vacasa

Property was very run down. Furniture was worn out. Was not told about the 24 steps to get in the door, we are seniors. Pots and pans were old, no cutting board, one dish towel, no serving spoons had to run dishwasher after every meal due to inadequate number of plates for four people(a total of 5), automatic lighter on grill didn't work had to make a match to use it and grill was loose thought it was going to fall off, light cover in kitchen fell off almost hitting my wife, master shower upstairs leaked into the kitchen downstairs, light over bar in kitchen flickered all the time, one light in master was burnt out, return vent in living room was covered in dust. strip at the end of the bar in kitchen was about to fall off. Looks as if they haven't bothered to do any maintenance to the place in years. Needless to say will stay in a VACASA property again.

Beyond Winter Vacations

This Christmas has been the Merryyyyyy ones... We enjoyed every single detail of the Cabin, all amenities, comfort, location, amazing landscape views.. this is a worthy experience for our family.. we absolutely loved.

Cute House

Cute house but noisy. When walking in upstairs area you hear every step in the downstairs bedroom. Kitchen has utensils, pots and pans just no oven mitts. Downstairs bathtub needs to be reglazed or replaced. And housekeeping needs to look for cobwebs when cleaning. Very convenient location to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Great Short Trip

I brought our three boys for a couple days away because needed it. It was a great time away. We made knives, played pool, stayed in the hot tub, I made a guys type dinner, we watched a movie, played more pool and had a great nights sleep. Great place. Minor fixes needed, but a great time.

Cute Place!

Adorable little cabin. Some things might need a little updating/fixing like the surround on the side of the hot tub, but it's perfect layout for maybe two couples or a couple with children. The bed downstairs was a little hard, but we loved it. Thank you for having us!

Unexpected dwelling

This property was. beautiful probably when it was first built. It is soo outdated. The downstairs bedroom sleeping is like a nightmare. Sadly, I wouldn't recommend this property.

Beautiful, but....

Has some cleanliness issues and mechanical issues; upper toliet doesn't work, lower facet loose, water pressure so low it is difficult to wash and rinse hair, an updated shower facet fir low pressure could fix that.

Nice place to relax

This was a nice place to relax for a short getaway trip but it had a few issues, as most places do. The AC took about 5 hours to actually cool the cabin, it was over 80 degrees when we first got there and took 5+ hours to even get down to 75. There was also a yellow jacket nest on the side of the cabin and we found multiple live yellow jackets inside the bedroom upstairs as well as 10+ dead ones in the window seals upstairs. The jacuzzi tubs also needed to be deep cleaned. There was dirt and nasty stuff shooting out of the jets even after running the jets for 15 minutes with cleaner, so we didn’t even get to enjoy the jacuzzi tub. The dish washer was also not installed properly so it would fall forward when you pulled a rack out to load or unload it and was difficult to actually get it to latch so we could start the dishwasher. The water pressure was also lacking in both showers.

Great location, very peaceful!

Overall it was a nice stay.

We had a good time staying at the cabin. Its a nice home and it had everything we needed and it was close to the attractions. The only negative things we found was that it was not very cleaned. It definitely needs to be dusted and the bathtub in the bathroom downstairs gets clogged. We also had an issue with wasps on the second bedroom upstarts during the whole time we were there. We called the office and they did send somebody to check it out right away and he sprayed them but there's probably a nest somewhere because they kept coming back (there were quite a few in there). We understand we are near a forest and these things happen, but wasps can be a big problem, especially when there are kids around. Overall it was ok. We enjoyed the hot tub and the other amenities it had.
