Cabin in the Smokies

This cabin was absolutely gorgeous and meticulously clean. The views were outstanding. I couldn't have asked for any better, even the bed was just the right firmness. The decor was great. I just thoroughly enjoyed it and the manager there was so kind to me because I had issues with climbing some stairs and she was fantastic. In fact everyone there was fantastic. Highly recommend it

Breathtaking

I love the views! This location has one of the best. However, the cabin, especially the kitchen, did not offer as much as I am accustomed to from previous Pigeon Forge rental experiences. It has more focus on the owner, and less thought about the renter's needs. The property management company was great. Check-in and check-out could not have been easier.

Loved this cabin!

This cabin was amazing! The views were great! Bed was very comfortable! We did have an issue with having to fill up the hot tub after we used it but there was no hose. So, we had to call maintenance. Luckily he was close and came right away. We also notice there was alot of dog hair around in the living room. So we ended up going home with dog hair on our belongings and we don't even have animals. But other than that it was lovely! Would definitely stay there again!

Overall Good

Nice cabin, beautiful view. Clean. Only minor complaints... your butter knives are sharper than your steak knives, the ac/heater outside the master bedroom makes a loud clanck everytime it turns on or off...making sleeping a little difficult. And truly....how much money do you save by supplying the absolute cheapest toilet paper and paper towels??? ...just raise the cost by $5 per night and buy quality toilet paper and paper towels. Minor complaints for sure...it is a beautiful cabin with awesome view, and I would go there again (bringing my own toilet paper). :)

Beautiful/3 🌟

The cabin was beautiful. The view was absolutely worth it and exactly what was advertised. I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the cabin, however the filtered air vents throughout the house were dirty and musty. You could see the build up of dust and dirt on them. They needed to be cleaned and fresh new air filters need to be placed in. Also, I was disappointed that the upstairs loft was not accessible. I was not made aware of this prior to going, found out as I got there and it was marked with a sign.

Rodents

Upon check in, the house smelled horrible. Like dead animal. Contacted Vacasa and they said they would get back to me. Never did. Then had sealed food on the counter that got chewed into. So now we have live and dead rodents inside of cabin. Contacted them again. Said they would look into it. Never heard back again. I tried multiple times. So Vacasa aside, and the rodents, and the smell....the cabin was nice. Traditional cabin decor. Two decks with a lovely view. Hot tub was nice. Cute little pool table. Close to where we wanted to be. Would have been a good rental if not for all the other issues. I will not be using Vacasa ever again.

It is a beautiful

It is beautifully decorated, very cozy, clean, the view is amazing, jacuzzi is excellent. If i had one complaint that i did not know about it would be that i did not know that we would not be able to use half the cabinets in the kitchen as they are locked looks like for personal use. And the loft is off limits to owner only. My kids were exited about that. We had tons of groceries for Christmas cooking and no where to put them. But other than that. It was very nice. I would definitely recommend.

Adorable cabin with wonderful view

This canin was the perfect getaway for me & my husband. From the moment you open the door you are greeted by a spectacular view out the back windows. The kitchen was perfect for a vacation, and the bathrooms are higher end than you'd ever expect in such a tiny footprint. Double decks allow for coffee overlooking the mountain range, or lounging in the hot tub to relax at night.

Cozy, cute with a view you can't beat!

The house was clean, well appointed and cozy!! The view can't be beat. I like that they topped the trees so we had a perfect view. Only down side was the king bed. It has seen better days, but we got kind of used to it. The coffee maker could use an upgrade too. Other than that, it was the perfect cabin for our little get away!

Great 50th anniversary

We loved this cabin. The view was fantastic. The accommodations were well maintained and clean. We were wanting something away from the commercialism and this was perfect. As a bonus we saw a momma bear and 4 cubs on our first day. Fantastic.

100 mile view

My boyfriend and I visited this cabin and we loved it. Very clean, wonderful views and not TOO high up the mountain for those who are scared of heights like myself. Checking in and out was very simple. If you’re a small family like us, then this is the place for you!! Oh and not to mention, it’s close to all the attractions😊 you will not be disappointed.

Did not like the fact that these cabins are in basically a neighborhood, and it is not explained

The property itself was ok. We could not sleep in the master bedroom since it was so hot, had to sleep in a chair and sofa in the living room. I could not turn the air down below 70 degrees although it was warmer inside the cabin. We would not have signed up if we knew the cabin was in a neighborhood. Cabins next to each other. Will not use your company again nor rate it well if asked by others. We felt we should have been told about the HOA and the closeness of the cabins, and not a good place to walk the dog or for animals in general..

100 mile view

100 mile view was more than expected. We needed a get away from work and stress. 100 mile view gave us just that. The cabin was awesome. The view was spectacular. The peace and quiet is exactly what we needed. We’re looking forward to coming back.
