Vandra frÄn fastigheten eller köra 15 minuter till Laurel Falls och 40 minuter till Cade s Cove för cykling, historia och djurliv. Perfect spot

Extremely happy with our stay. Great distance from EVERYTHING. The Hot tub was amazing! We are so grateful that we could bring our disabled cat, Little Nemo.We saw 3 bears!

Cute cabin in a great location.

Close to Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge, but far enough to be peaceful. A great place to explore Great Smoky Mountains NP & come back & relax in the hot tub!

Great Location

Wonderful tucked away cottage

This cottage was perfect for my wife and I along with our daughter and pup! The host provided nearly all necessary amenities and was very quick to respond to inquires. Would definitely recommend for a small family looking to stay on the outside of Gatlinburg while still remaining close to everything!

Very nice property, had to use the backdoor for enterance the whole time (we think the lock needs a new battery, got it work 1 time testing) and it rained all weekend so wasnt real fun walkingThrough the wet muddy grass but overall it was a nice cabin, clean and cozy. Wish the hot tub area was alittle more private as you can see the house in behind and the main road.. Had many household things avaliable inside to use if needed. Thank you!! in the wet muddy grass but doable.

Many comforts of home

Enjoyed our stay . Well equipped kitchen and plenty of towels. Would have liked some sort of curtain or blind in the window above the kitchen sink, especially in the evening, for privacy. We would return again.

GSMJI Cabin

The cabin was pretty clean and had just about everything we needed for our stay. Cooking in a kitchen that isn’t yours is a bit tricky no matter what but everything we needed was there. Location was convenient to all the activities we wanted to do. We came to town for the Jeep Invasion and spent 4 nights at the cabin. Great front porch for just relaxing and although we didn’t use the hot tub, it was clean when we looked inside. I would certainly stay here again.

Lovely County Home

We really liked the cozy country atmosphere. This is our 2nd visit to this property and definitely would come back. Only wish the lawn had been mowed and all the sticks and brush cleaned out of the yard but do understand it is early in the spring and lots of storms had came through over the last few weeks. I'm sure it will be beautiful this summer!

Very Comfortable but some suggestions

This is a beautiful cabin with lots of space for a couple or small family, super clean and although it looks farther from the busy road in the picture it's actually fairly close. with the doors and windows closed there is no road noise so the cabin must be well insulated. Hot water never ran outand the heating system was super quiet. the master bedroom was very good with plenty of room and closet space but the air hockey bedroom was lacking, there is no closet and only a small dresser but the drawers were full of videos and games so i had to live out of my suitcase. the switch on the side table lamp is shot and needs to be replaced. i felt like i was going to roll out of bed at night due to it leaning toward the air hockey table. the bathroom off the kitchen needs a light over the shower because without it it's quite dark. no facial tissues are supplied in either bathroom. the kitchen is too dark over the sink and under the cabinets, the cooking pots need to be replaced as the non stick coating is quite scratched up or worn out. no cooking oil or sugar was supplied. most of these are fairly minor inconveniences but together would greatly enhance the vacation and i would recommend to anyone looking to get away.

I want all of my guest to enjoy their stay at The Apple Treehouse. I won't solicit reviews from you because your stay is a vacation! I do appreciate any reviews left but most of all I want your stay to be hassle free, relaxing and fun!
August 2015 we have made upgrades of a 40 inch flat screen and upgrades in bedding. The yard is also in a constant state of improvements. I love to work on the yard in my mountain get away!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

My husband and I decided on The Apple Tree House after a long search for the perfect property. We bought it at the end of 2005 and still spend lots of time enjoying our mountain get-away. We all love hiking from the property and the large front yard. We origionally wanted a 'mountain view' but decided the large yard had a great view and we were never worried about our house falling off the side of a mountain or our children falling off a deck! Plus the roads are always passable and no one gets car sick because the roads have NO hairpin turns or steep drop offs. You won't need chains for your trip and no fear of getting 'stuck' by inclement weather
