Wonderful experience!

Fantastic location and size!

Great for our family visit! So close to downtown that we spent longer out than we normally would! Rooms were well kept, clean and great amenities! All the staff were friendly and helpful!

Wonderful Condo

Baskins Creek is an amazing property. The Condo was super nice and very spacious! I especially loved that you have to have a code to use the elevator, that made me feel very safe at this location. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Great location!!

Within walking distance of main strip, local shops, restaurants. Clean with all essentials in kitchen. Roomy two bedroom and balcony. Trolly came by several times if you don't want to walk to strip. Beds are comfortable. Would recommend!

Nice Place

Good location with about a 7 minute walk to the strip. The condo is well furnished and kitchen well stocked. Has a washer and dryer, we didn't use, but it's there. The only kind of negative is there are 2 sinks in each bathroom and 1 of the 2 in each bathroom didn't drain correctly. My #1 compliment is that it was one of the cleanest rentals we ever had. Overall a nice place.

Baskins Creek Condo 211 Gatlinburg

First thing we noticed was the cleanliness of unit. Decor was "inviting" and had everything we needed for our stay. Close to main parkway with shopping, eating and entertainment. Parked car and never had to use until we went to Pigeon Forge to look around. Would absolutely recommend to others and go back ourselves. Very happy with the stay:)

Location, location, location!

This property was the best. The location was awesome. If you’re looking to go to Gatlinburg, I’d definitely recommend this property. It was very clean, very comfortable and very convenient for our family of 5. This condo is within walking distance to the main parkway and all of the cool things in Gatlinburg. The two rooms were spacious with very comfy beds. The kitchen was great for small meals and snacks. We will definitely be returning.

We really loved the condo. It was close to everything, very walkable. We loved the space and the decor. It was very clean and big enough for our family of 6. It was especially nice to have 2 bathrooms!! The only downside was it was out of season for the outdoor pool area. Unfortunately there was no alternative for swimming or a hot tub. But there was plenty of great things to do in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We will have to go back again in the warmer months!

Warm cozy and close to everything!

3rd time I've stayed in this condo room. Door was ajar when we arrived. I didn't know if the room was being rented by others. The smell of cooking was very strong in the room. It must have been from the previous renters breakfast. The condos are warm cozy and close to everything in Gatlinburg. We love it. The room needs a deep cleaning and an uplift

Disappointing

Children screaming up and down the hallway, roaches falling out of the kitchen cabinets, and beds need replaced. Really wanted to love this one.

Don’t hesitate

My husband and I visited Gatlinburg for a highschool soccer tournament. Our 6year old loves the condo. This is an idea location for families or a multi family trip, as both families have their own space and separate bathrooms. The next time we will take the grandparents and give them and the kids one room and we will take the other lol The kitchen was fully furnished. Extra linens, plenty of towels. The Jacuzzi tub was great. Pool and hot tub clean. The only not positive comment I can make is that I called the lobby in hopes there was an ice machine on the property, but got no answer. I also don’t care for rugs, but that’s the ocd in me. The rugs were clean. The guest room toilet needs repaired as it was not properly mounted and had a shimmy under it. It did work properly. I will stay again. My family loved it. It’s close to gatlinburg, just a 5 minute walk.

WONDERFUL!

This condo was the perfect place for our winter vacation. We felt 100% at home, from the super comfortable beds to the cozy gas fireplace. We walked most of the time- about a 5 minute walk to the strip that has everything you could possibly need. The showers and amazing- great water pressure & our kids loved the jacuzzi tub. Full kitchen just make sure you bring your own seasonings (salt and pep) if you plan on cooking in the condo. We didn’t ride the trolly but it picks up in front so that’s always on option. We will definitely stay at this lovely condo again :)!
