Beautiful Condo and Peaceful Setting

The condo was lovely!! Danny and Rhonda were great to work with as they were so kind and responsive. The kitchen had everything necessary and the beds were very comfortable. You won’t be disappointed booking your stay at Danny & Rhonda’s beautiful condo.

Gatlinburg vacation

We were very pleased with the condo as everything went very well. It was an extremely busy time in Gatlinburg due to fall break and the holiday so the location (and walking) worked very well for us.

Fabulous family fun

We had a great time in Gatlinburg and this property was perfect for our stay. It was a short 20 min walk or 6 min drive to the attractions and food. Our hosts were quick to respond when needed and were very helpful.

Home away from home

Perfect location!

There is not one negative thing I can say about this place. It's beautifully decorated, extremely clean and well maintained, and has all the comforts of home. The balcony overlooking the little creek is my favorite thing about this place. It's the perfect spot for morning coffee. This is the second time we have stayed here, and it's always the first place I check for availability when we come to the mountains.

Great condo with a great balcony view

Very clean with all accommodations of a home away from home. Owners were super friendly and helpful. Condo is close to downtown without being directly in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

OUTSTANDING !

Your condo was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The patio over the creek was very relaxing in the morning and evening. Conveniently located to everything. I highly recommend your condo to anyone looking for a wonderful and relaxing place to stay.

Great location from downtown Gatlinburg. 1/2 mile walk from the Condo. Large living spaces!! We stayed for the 5 Star Football tournament at Sports World which is 8 miles up the road. Prices were little deceiving for the local area stays. With fees and taxes add about $125-$150 a day on top of your quote. Just keep that in mind. Only real complaint if any was the bedroom fans were a smidge noisy.

There was a slight problem with housekeeping but owners offered to buy dinner to correct, came back 2 hours later and property was spotless . Everything else was great

Girls Get Away

Just returned from our stay and it was amazing!! It was just perfect for our "girls" get away. My mother, aunt, daughter and I had a great stay. Danny was great to work with and easy to rent from. The balcony overlooking the creek was just the spot and the sound was so soothing. Would not change a thing about our stay except the length, would love to have stayed a little longer. Thanks again Danny for sharing your home with us! We will be back!!

Fantastic location

The location is perfect for both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! You’re close to restaurants and a grocery store. The building is well kept. I’ve stayed in the building previously, just in a different room and plan to stay here again. The only complaint I have is with the quality of the dishwasher. This didn’t impact the stay at all as we only ate in the room one time. It’s just that we were asked to run the dishwasher and I don’t think they got clean. Overall this was an amazing stay and I can’t wait to come back!

Disappointed.

Not clean, we had to remove bed linens and wash before we went to bed. The couches need replacing. Decor is not what you would expect in the mountains.

Enjoyable

Condo is clean and in great condition. Bed in master is very comfortable! The balcony is a dream and sits directly over the meandering creek with the waterfall. The balcony could have been cleaner and seemed like it had not had any attention in a while. The condo is well appointed throughout. The owner was very responsive to our questions. It was a fun walk into Gatlinburg although we didn't find that we enjoyed the town itself the close proximity to the park entrance was fantastic. I was surprised to find a tip jar on the counter considering we paid a $75 cleaning fee. It seems the owners should be tipping the house keeper if they are happy with their services.

Beautiful view with sound of Creek

The property looks very good, is clean, and very comfy. We enjoyed sitting out at the two tables on the deck and listening to the creek, looking at the mountain view. The beds were extremely comfy, and the bathtubs great for soaking. My husband enjoyed the shower too. There are a plethora of buddhas around the place, so we imagine the owners are buddhist. We had a problem with the dish washer, which leaked (huge puddle on the floor) and we ended up hand washing the dishes for the time of our stay. We also had trouble with the lock, but found that if we had been given instructions we could solved it much sooner. There's a button to push in order to lock the door, we didn't know that until we played with it. The owner acted like the dishwasher and lock problem was our fault, which we didn't enjoy, however the problem was minor and we adjusted. One thing to bring are coat hangers. There are none in the property. If you like to use a Keurig, you should bring that as well. Overall the property is enjoyable and peaceful. On the balcony during business hours you can hear traffic from the main road, but in the mornings and evenings, it's wonderfully peaceful. Truly enjoyed it
