Cleanest Condo Ever!

Took a quick trip with the husband. I ALWAYS check the cleanliness of the places we stay BEFORE unpacking, and this condo was, without a doubt, the absolute CLEANEST that I've ever seen!

Beautiful & Clean

I was very pleased with our first experience with VRBO and this condo. I liked the fact you needed a security code to get on the elevator from the ground level and a security code for the condo door. The condo is in an excellent location to walk to the downtown area. Parking was great and convenient. Pool and hot tub were not open yet during our stay. Most importantly the condo was very clean. I would definitely stay in this condo complex and unit specifically again. Staff was very friendly also. My only complaint is being able to hear the people in the condo next door and above.

Family of 6 vacation!

We had a family of 6 stay in this condo and had plenty of room! The condo was very nice and clean just as described. A small supply of soap, trash bagsand towels provided to get you started. The one complaint we would have is that the elevator key pad quit working and pushing the call button didn't bring the elevator down either but luckily other patrons were heading down the elevator when we wanted tho go up so it didn't bother us that much. We utilized the pool a couple times and it was clean and well kept. You are definitely within waking distance to the parkway at stop light 6 as we did several times. Overall would highly recommend and we will definitely stay again in unit 112!

Second year staying there Great place to stay

Close to every thing! Anekeesta and the aquarium are both in few steps close to the apartment! Everything is perfect, BEDS ARE EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE and liners are very clean and soft
 kitchen is full equipment!! I just going to point out the sofa bed can’t be used as bed! We will back

Great Place To Stay!

The condo was situated in a central location that was close to “the strip” and close to Dollywood. The condo was spacious and clean. I liked the fact that the owners left a package of cleaners / sponge in the room to use. I would definitely stay at this unit again when I Gatlinburg again!

A sweet home away

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The only mild complaints I have were the shower heads and the small wobble in the end table. Otherwise it was incredible. We would absolutely stay here again

The condo was spacious and equipped with almost everything you need. It was about 15-20 minutes walk to good restaurants and downtown etc. I wish the property would have been closer to the strip. On the night we arrived, we were without linens and blankets for the pull out sofa bed. We called the number provided to us, but they didn’t reach out until the next day. If you book this property, don’t plan on using the pull out sofa. We couldn’t stay there the first night, because I had nowhere for my son to sleep and it was too late to go and buy any bedding. The noise from the renters above were very loud, which was annoying. Overall it was ok, but I think for the price there are better places to stay in Gatlinburg.

Loved our stay!

Our family loved this building, it was quiet and secure. The condo is walking distance to the parkway strip, closely located to The Village, my favorite little area in Gatlinburg. This condo was clean and cozy! Was the perfect spot for our wedding celebration! Will be back!

Enjoyed exploring Gatlinburg and the smoky mountains with friends from MN and WI. Great location and nice and clean condo! Perfect for walking down to all the action in Gatlinburg!

Downtown Gatlinburg

Condo was clean and walking distance to downtown. Parking was easy. Check in was a smooth process. Condo had everything we needed in the kitchen. Bring your own flat bottom coffee filters if you prefer making a large put of brew. The condo bathrooms are a bit dated but that’s to be expected. Everything was spotless clean and comfortable. Balcony overlooks the pool. You can definitely walk to town.

Highly recommend - accessible, clean and spacious

The location was perfect and just a short walk from all of the activity. Parking was easy. The keyless entry was nice, but not always convenient (when I didn't have my phone on me and couldn't remember the code to get into the building) The condo itself was incredibly clean with plenty of space for our family to sleep, eat dinner as a family, play games and enjoy each other's company. Having an in-unit washer and dryer was a great option for us. I wish I would have thought about bringing dishwasher detergent, extra trash bags and food storage containers, but the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pots/pans and cooking utensils. Internet was spotty, (and sometimes didn't work at all), which made it difficult to plan some of our day trips, but otherwise our stay would have been outstanding! Clean pool area too; lots of space for many families to swim or enjoy the hot tub. Highly recommend!

Weekend Trip

We loved Baskins Creek #112. It had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Very clean. Everything we needed to know was text to us before our arrival. We will definitely be back.

Perfect for our girls trip

The condo was exactly as described. So close to everything, was amazing being able to walk. Only gripes were it didn't hold heat well at all, and there were no extra linens. Good thing our 5th backed out last minute or they would have had no blankets. It doesn't make sense to advertise a place that sleeps 8, but only have the blankets on the 6 beds. Other than that, I would book again.
