Right off the main strip, our town home is a quick walk to the main attractions of downtown Gatlinburg. Located off of Traffic Light 6 on Baskins Creek Rd. Approx a 7 to 10 minute walk from the front door to the main strip, that is what truly makes this location so special! There is nothing like coming back from a wonderful time enjoying all that the Great Smoky Mountains offer and being able to relax on your own private indoor/outdoor deck. This spacious town home features 3 bedrooms (3 Kings) There is an open deck and covered balcony. Located just off the main strip within walking distance (about 1/3 mile), and minutes walk to the pool and a trolley stop.

The kitchen appliances are all full sized and include a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave & coffeemaker. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience as well. Wireless internet is provided!

Convenient and Well Maintained

This property was perfect for my family. It was close to a trolley stop, but we were able to walk to downtown with no issue. It was nice that all adults had our own space and bathroom. The unit had everything we needed to make it a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed the screened in porch with its faint sound of a bubbling creek nearby.

Perfect fall getaway

We immediately noticed how clean the condo was and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed in it. The check-in and checkout process was easy with quick communication. We also really appreciated how close the condo was to walk downtown but yet was far enough away to be quiet.

Great location

The whole condo has been beautifully updated and was decorated really nice. The location was perfect with just a short walk to downtown Gatlinburg. We didn’t have to pay to park our car for all we did. A bear did get into an unlocked car while we were there, so keep your cars locked.

Texas Family Vacation

So convenient to downtown!

The first impression of this condo is how clean and spotless the condo was. We felt so safe coming in and out and it could not have been easier to go downtown. On our last night there was a young bear wandering right below our balcony and caused quite the excitement in the complex. It was the best parting gift!

Very Unique and Convenient

This location was very clean and very convenient to walk to Anakeesta and restaurants. Super unique in the format. 3 levels and each level provided a king bed with a bathroom. Provides privacy for families along with a great table to eat at. Very communicative with instructions to enter and exit. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Great location and perfect space for our family!

Close to everything in Gatlinburg- within walking distance to restaurants and the strip. Easy parking and check in/out. Clean and great space for our family. Love king sized beds in all the rooms.

Beautiful property

This condo was wonderful. Very clean and very cozy for our family. Only took us 10ish minutes to walk from there to downtown (with a toddler in tow). Would definitely recommend!

Perfect size and location

Loved everything about our stay! Very clean, short distance to town, beds were so comfortable! The three levels were perfect for our group giving us all our our space. Host was great, always responded quickly and gave all information needed. It was perfect. Will be back!
