Good space and good location

Place was clean and in a good location. Hot tub was nice, plenty of room and games. Would definitely stay again.

Not a relaxing experience

The hot tub wasn’t working, they said they would deal with it the next day although we were checking out the next day. They gave me a very partial refund, when asked if we could get moved to a different cabin with a working hot tub this request was ignored. We were unable to sleep to due to noises we could not source. I feel communication could have been better.

Cozy Cabin

Our stay in cabin was perfect. Cabin was throughly cleaned and check in was smooth. We could see mountain views and dollywood fireworks from balcony.

Great and quiet cabin high in the mountains

This cabin was very great for my family of five. It was very quiet around and the views were breathtaking. A wonderful experience to visit Pigeon Forge. Fireworks could be seen every night at 9:45pm from Dollywood. Just wonderful. The only complaint I would have (personally) is the elevation but that’s just coming from a Florida girl with bathmophobia ;) Highly recommend!!

Beautiful cabin and great location BUT a few ongoing issues

I loved the location of this cabin.. beautiful spot and views. Unfortunately, Vacasa agents mistakenly assured me there was a fitness room and the heated pool was open. The Hot Tub didn't work for the first 4 days and the second technician was able to fix the problem by installing a new heating element. I'm still waiting for the refund for broken hot tub - which should have been issued when promised. The downstairs bed needs to be replaced as it's super soft, and sinks to the bottom. April, there are carpenter bees everywhere. We had 3 nests under our porch and it was an infestation. I communicated with the local team quite a few times and she did the best she can to attend to these issues. Pool table was a good perk and occupied the kids (for a little while) since the hot tub couldn't be used.

Valentines getaway

It was supposed to be just a quick getaway to relax got to the cabin the cabin was nice chose this place because it had a hot tub so went to the hot tub and the water was ice cold and temperature wouldn’t turn up called to report it and said would try to get in touch with maintenance or relocate us since was only one night stay waited and heard nothing from anyone so stayed and called again the next morning after check out and reported same thing and fireplace wouldn’t work said they would talk to property owners and call me back got no call back waited a couple more days called back and went through the whole speech again and lady said was going to talk to property owners or somebody for some compensation and never heard anything back from anyone never had a bad experience with vrbo but no one did anything or did what they said !!

Beautiful Cabin

The cabin was great, just as advertised. We have a ladies get-away yearly and we certainly loved the layout of the cabin and the view. It was easy to get to, great roads.

Sweet Surrender Excellent Place to Stay

Really liked the view, especially the second floor. The layout was good - the downstairs bathroom was a little tight, but not why we rented the cabin. Overalll, great place and great price.

DREAM COME TRUE! Would definitely stay here again!

Stunning Mountain views! Everything worked great! Bed was so cozy and comfy, could stay there for days one end! We did not want to leave. Next time, I would definitely pack coffee grounds to bring though to make coffee. they have a coffee maker but no coffee grounds which is understandable. I also would bring a hair dryer next time too but other than that it was the perfect stay!

Good not great

House was very clean. Views/sunsets were spectacular. Hot tub did not work. Didn’t get fixed. Upstairs mattress was very soft. Old or just used a lot.

Nice place…Just wish the hot tub had been working.

The beds were huge and comfortable and there was lots of space throughout; good for families. The pool table was in excellent condition and we had some fun games. The hot tub looked great but wouldn’t heat up, it kept tripping an overheat code even though the water remained cold…

Very nice cabin in a great location

Great location, cabin was beautiful! The only complaint was the clothes dryer needs new rollers making squeaking noise also the dishwasher needs upgrading to loud when running.

The best view

This cabin was perfect for our family of 4. We spent most of our time on the second floor playing air hockey and pool and enjoying the views of the sunset. The hot tub was perfect for the cold weather. The perfect distance away from the fun in Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. We hope to return.

Wonderful cozy cabin with beautiful views!

Wonderful cozy cabin with beautiful views. Clean when we arrived and easy to get in. Great location and we enjoyed this cabin overall. I would suggest: adding more kitchen cooking items like frying pans and pyrex dishes.

The view was amazing.

The location was great. The view was amazing. I like that there wasn’t a minimum number of nights stay required. We had friends in Gatlinburg to stay with Friday night but needed a place for only one night, which is hard to find. Don’t get excited about the air hockey table. It’s up against the stair rail. There is no room to play it. And our AC wasn’t working. When we arrived I gave it a few hours to kick in. It never did. The temp kept rising. It was 77 upstairs and 79 downstairs. We opened the doors and as it cooled off we got the temperature down. The upstairs eventually caught up. But the downstairs ac definitely does not work at all. It never kicked on and never got below 75. Despite having it set at 68. The worst part is, I called and they said someone would call us right back and no one ever did. For a $565 dollar total for one night, they could’ve at least called back. It’s going to be exceptionally hot this week so I hope they have at least fixed it for the next guests.
