NY LISTERING! Lovely Sailmaker Condo i Summer Beach Resort!

Välkommen till vår lägenhet med 3 sovrum / 3 badrum i Sailmaker på Summer Beach Resort! Andelslägenhetens två våningar planlösning presenterar den viktigaste bostadsyta, kök, matplats, privat balkong och tredje sovrum och badrum på ingångsnivån. Uppför trappan är sovrummet och badrummet till vänster och det andra sovrummet och badrummet är till höger.

Uppdaterad hela tiden med nytt golv och färsk färg, 308 Sailmaker är rymliga, vackert inredda och smakfullt inredda. Köket är fullt lager och lätt att laga i, med tre barstolar som ligger vid bänken för värd. Matbordet har fyra platser, liksom det upphöjda bordet på utomhusbalkongen.

Gästerna kan njuta av de bekväma sofforna och fåtöljerna i vardagsrummet efter en lång dag på stranden. WiFi och kabel-TV tillhandahålls för dem som hoppas kanalisera surfning eller söka på webben.

Perfekt för familjer eller grupper inklusive 5-8 personer, 308 segelmakare har en king size-säng i befälhavaren, två enkelsängar i det andra sovrummet och en drottning i det tredje sovrummet. Det finns en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet vid behov. Plattskärms-TV finns i sovrummet, det tredje sovrummet (med drottningssängen) och vardagsrummet.

Befälhavaren har en helkaklad dusch, medan det andra och tredje badet har en badkar / duschkombination. Bekvämt, tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek ligger på övervåningen i ett separat tvättstuga.

Great Spot

Great Location

Great location and amenities. Close to the beach and pool. Quiet neighborhood and a bit of a drive to town but there is grocery and shopping close by. Condo was clean and well appointed.

We love summer beach. The location is fantastic. We had two families stay in the condo and the space was just right. I recommend adding in more hooks in each bathroom and bedrooms. The tile from the doorway to the dining area is extremely slippery. I suggest adding in a runner. The sliding glass door to the balcony is extremely difficult to open.

Exactly as described

We loved our stay and will be back. The condo was comfortable and had all the essentials. There was a nice little welcome gift for us and our furry family member. We had a small issue with the heating/cooling but Ryan was right on it and had it taken care of immediately! We extended our stay by 2 days and Ryan’s phone communication and Alex’s email communication made it seamless! Thank you to the owner and hosts!

Perfect Family Vacation!

What a wonderful week in Amelia Island with my Husband, Kids and Parents! The area was quaint, quiet, good food and the beach was PERFECT! We went into downtown Amelia Island's historic district, lovely shops and restaurants! The condo was in a great location and was perfect for my family and I! Highly Recommend this location and vacation spot for family with young kids!

Great Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! It was a last minute find for us since our previous rental ended up having a leak in the bathroom and ceiling. It was a very easy booking process and there was plenty of space for my family of 4. The property was also very close to the pool, and was very clean. We had a wonderful trip!

Gorgeous stay!

We had a fabulous time and enjoyed the beach every day. Pool was wonderful and it was super easy to get around. Even enjoyed drinks at the Ritz Carlton! Highly recommend for families. Home was perfect.l and all the little touches we're great. My kids loved everything - especially the Monopoly game!

Great vacation spot for 3 adults

The condo was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location to access the beach and the pool. The back patio was a great place to have coffee in the morning. Everything worked properly, nothing gave us any problems. The only thing that could have been more comfortable are the bed matresses, which were old and slanted. Everything else was fantastic, and I would stay in that community again for vacation.

Scrumptious Slice of Heaven

The property was very inviting, offering every imaginable amenity. It is beautifully nestled within massive oak trees and from the balcony we could see and hear myriad song birds. We appreciated all the extras from our hosts, from the complimentary coffee to laundry and dish supplies. The pool was shady and inviting and the beach was gorgeous! It is a wonderful property; great communication. Highly recommend!
