Huset har nyligen restaurerats i magisk plats i gamla stan, mittemot de medeltida vÀggarna. Fantastisk utsikt mot flodens motsatta strand. Hus med 3 vÄningar, 140 kvm, med stor privat uteplats lÀmplig för uteservering. Platsen Àr enastÄende, nÀra allt som Àr vÀrt att besöka, gatan som slutar i stenkast, som leder dig till floden och tillÄter bara fotgÀngare och vÀldigt tyst.
Bara 200 meter finns katedralen, Nationalteater S. John, den berömda jugendstilen "Café Magestic" och shoppingdistriktet.
San Bento jÀrnvÀgsstation, torget och Nasoni's Clérigos torn Àr lÀtt nÄs till fots.

Great accommodations for family.

Reserving the apartment and check-in was a breeze. Very good communication! The apartment has a rustic feel and works well for our family of four adults.

Prime location with charm

Beautiful property in a prime location. Loved the charm of the house. It was close to everything, perfect. There were 7 of us and there was plenty of room. Pedros met us there and gave us lots of information and made sure we would have a good visit. There was a lot of noise outside but it is in a busy area, you can't have location without some noise. Great stay

Great location and nice accommodations

The property is very centrally located to all the attractions on a side street. The accommodations were nice but not fancy. The kitchen had all the basics The beds were reasonably comfortable. The only downside is that the apartment is directly adjacent to a main walkway to the river and people are walking by all hours of the day and night talking. Makes it hard to rest at night.

Walk the stairs

We loved the location and the apartment -- notice the paintings by Davide Antolini! You can walk down the stairs to find all the wonderful restaurants or up the hill to old town or cross the bridge to Gaia. Half-way down the stairs is a group of bars that are a perfect place to watch the sunset. And there is a lovely, private courtyard in the back that is a perfect place to sit and have a glass of wine or beer when you're not feeling social.

Large home in a great location, but leaves a lot to be desired.

We absolutely loved the location and courtyard, which were the main reasons we booked this place. But beyond that I wouldn’t expect much. The owner is using a company called Guest Ready to run it and they didn’t seem to be organized very well, or have communication within their company. To start, we had clearly communicated what time we would arrive, but someone was sent there earlier in the day and then left, so we stood outside with 4 small children in the dark for an hour 
 finally we were able to contact the owner and eventually a Guest Ready person showed up. We then asked for an extra key and fan and the key was brought the next day (I assumed the fan was a no and was fine with that) but then someone else showed up 6 days later with a fan and the key and they seemed like they just received the request. The basement had a horrible smell, as did one corner of the kitchen. One bedroom is in the basement and completely unusable because of the smell, which was ok since we had extra space, but don’t count on it. Overall the place had so much potential, but was a rental that was using as little investment as possible, the furniture was so cheap and minimal. I feel like it could be a nice place if the smell was fixed and someone invested a bit more to make it feel welcoming.

Zentral und wunderschön

Einmalige Lage, um Porto zu entdecken! Die Wohnung ist absolut in Ordnung, hat eine gute Austattung, sehr sauber. Wir waren 8 Personen und hatten alles, was man braucht. Einzig in der KĂŒche waren zwei neue Auminium-Pfannen, die fĂŒr den Induktionsherd nicht geeignet waren. Ansonsten war unsere Aufenthalt dort sehr angenehm und die Gruppe fĂŒhlte sich jederzeit sehr gut aufgehoben. Gerne wieder! Unique location to discover Porto! The apartment is absolutely fine, has good facilities, very clean. We were 8 people and had everything you need. Only in the kitchen were two new aluminum pans that were not suitable for the induction cooker. Otherwise, our stay there was very pleasant and the group felt very well looked after at all times. Gladly again!

Sehr schöne Lage und großes Haus

Das Haus wird ĂŒber eine Agentur dann betreut, die eine sehr gute und schnelle Beantwortung/Bearbeitung haben, ist nur nicht angegeben, so dass die erste Mail etwas verwirrend war. Auch möchte die Agentur auch eine Kaution, die nur auf dem Inserat der Agentur angegeben ist, hier nicht. Grundausstattung hĂ€lt nur fĂŒr 1 Nacht, Klopapier/SpĂŒli/Seife etc. mĂŒssen gekauft werden. WeinglĂ€ser sind nicht vorhanden. Ausreichend Platz mit 4-5 Schlafzimmern, toller Lage, schöner Innenhof.

Good central house

The house provided us with a very good base for a week in Porto. The four bedrooms range from very comfortable double beds to one with low, narrow beds with fairly ordinary pillows. The rooms at the front are a little noisy at night, the one at the back and the one in the basement very quiet. The bathrooms/shower rooms are all well appointed and there is plenty of hot water. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining rooms is fine, with a glass-topped table and eight dining chairs but there are only two armchairs. There is a small, enclosed courtyard at the back of the house though this gets little sun. Note that there only two keys for this house which means four couples have to liaise. Luckily we found a wait in the fine local bar was not a burden. Grocery and good pastry shops are also nearby.

Une découverte exceptionnelle ! Cette maison n'en finit pas en recoins et portes cachées. Absolument charmant. TrÚs bien équipée. Et un emplacement exceptionnel sur le ponte Luis I, à 2 pas des quais du Douro si animés. On a adoré.

Au coeur de Porto, à proximité de Sao Bento et du port, une maisonnette idéale pour visiter la ville en famille, agréable et fraßche en été. propriétaires accueillants. Nous recommandons cette location à celles et ceux qui aiment les lieux insolites et de caractÚre.
