Vad gör en Disney fritidshus perfekt? Plats, Plats, Plats.
De kallar inte Florida Sun Shine State för ingenting !!! Vårt hem har utsikt över en vacker sjö. Njut av vilda djur eller fiskar på sjön på bara koppla av och titta på solnedgången. Detta är vårt enda fritidshus bilderna är av hemmet du bor i. Vår privata pool ligger söderläge med skärmad poolområde. Eagle Pointe är ett lugnt och säkert bostadsområde, men ändå bara några minuter från affärer och restauranger och 8 miles till entrén till Disney. Vårt hem är rökfritt, men rökning är tillåten i området täckt pool däck. Tyvärr inga husdjur tillåtna. Perfekt för par / familjer. Gratis telefonsamtal till Nordamerika och Kanada.

Awesome quiet plenty of room.

Property is great, clean and there is a lot of room. Communication with the owner was outstanding we had zero issues during our stay.

Home from home

We love this property 3rd time we’ve stayed there is lots of open space, it’s comfortable clean and fully equipped and has enclosed pool. Owner and agents very quick to respond to any queries.Location is ideal for all major attractions.Stunning lake view which you are able to fish but watch out for the alligator that is in there We had another amazing holiday only wish it was longerI would highly recommend this property for any length of stay and I’m sure we will be back hear at some point.

Perfect Lake View Villa.

Quiet Location

We enjoyed our stay tremendously, the house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to attractions, restaurants and everything you can imagine. The house was clean and comfortable with great views.

Family Vacation

I was thoroughly impressed with the location, size, cleanliness and of course the great pool and view. It was super relaxing to come back to after visiting g the local attractions. My only recommendations would be to replace the toaster that isn’t working correctly and possibly replacing the mattresses on the single beds as they are very hard and not comfortable. Overall though it was fantastic. Thanks for the stay 👍

Pretty decent

Overall the place was nice for the limited time we were actually at the house. You do need to trim that prickly bush on the walkway to the door, it kept stabbing us when we walked by. We enjoyed our time there and the location was great for the places we wanted to go.

Beautiful and peaceful location

We stayed at this property for 3 weeks in February and March. We enjoyed our stay tremendously! The lake view is the best and there was always some kind of wildlife to watch. The pool heater was AMAZING! Never once was there a time when we had to slowly enter the pool to adjust to cold water. Lisa, the owner, was very quick to respond throughout the entire process and the management company was quick and friendly when they had to come to the property. We would stay here again!

A relaxing spacious sanctuary

We are a family of 4, two adults and 2 teenagers, the house was perfect for us all. Check in and directions was really easy and the communication with Lisa was brilliant. The house had plenty of space after long days at the park for us all to relax either indoors in the cool air conditioned rooms or cool off in the pool. We all enjoyed the outside space watching the wildlife on the lake whilst chilling in the pool. The kitchen was well equipped and we ate in several times we also used the washing machine and dryer which was a great help. The neighbourhood was quiet and felt safe and was a perfect location for all our trips, Disney the nearest but everything else really nearby too. We had a fantastic holiday and Lisa’s home felt like sanctuary amongst the fantastic craziness that is Florida.

Great stay, would highly recommend

We had an amazing holiday and loved the house. Loads of space, really comfortable master bad, great tv system for rainy days, fast WiFi, loads of space by the pool (other properties don’t have as much) and really friendly management company locally. We went just after Irma so wasn’t sure about any damage to the property but spoke to the owner Lisa a few times and she was lovely and really helpful. She answered any questions we had really quickly and we couldn’t have asked for more. House location is great, unless you stay on international drive or on one of the main roads you have to drive everywhere in Orlando but this was one of the best locations we’ve been to. Far enough away from the busy parts but close enough to order a taxi to go out for dinner if you want to. Lots of restaurants about 5-10 minutes away. Really quiet and relaxing place overlooking the lake. Don’t take towels to the house, as there is a cupboard full so save some space in your suitcase. Great kitchen if you don’t want to eat out and loads of crockery, glassware and cutlery provided. Really great place to stay, our favourite so far in Orlando.

Short break November 24

Have been coming to Florida for 30 years We now prefer to take a villa this is in a good area for attractions a quiet development it was very clean and had everything we needed plus sunset by the pool was a bonus As we were travelling around Florida wanted to stay a few days second week but unfortunately booked up need to book earlier next time!

Family Vacation

This property is beautiful offers all the amenities that you need and more, pool is very clean, house is so spacious and felt like a home away from home. Property and grounds are well kept. My family and I will definitely look forward to coming back soon.
