Great stay near Zion National Park

Enjoyed the spaciousness and the pools at the clubhouse.We were visiting National Parks and regret we could not have stayed longer to enjoy the amenities at the clubhouse.

Great stay!

The property was in a great location and on quiet streets which I appreciate with kids. The pools and hot tubs were wonderful! The house worked perfectly for us. Plenty of space and I appreciated all of the extra pillows and blankets to ensure comfort. There were a couple areas that were missed on the cleaning, but that is my only concern.

Wonderful home and communication

The home was perfect for our family while we visited St George to see family. The home owners were quick to respond and very thorough with attention to detail to make everything super easy for us as we came and went.

Newer and clean townhouse. Plenty of room.

Clean and updated townhouse. My only quibble is mattresses were all very soft pillow tops and I prefer a firmer mattress but that's me I guess.

We loved it

A group of guys came down for a golf trip in the St. George area. We stayed at this place an absolutely loved it. It was very well placed for all the golf courses we played. The place was extremely clean and was perfect for us. The pool was pretty neat as well. Overall, I'd recommend this place as a wonderful place to stay.

Wonder week at Fantastic Getaway visiting National Parks

We just spent a week at Fantastic Getaway and had a great time. The condo is very clean and comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for preparing meals and relaxing. It was the perfect place for us to use as our home base for visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. Zion National Park was an easy 40 minute drive to the main visitor center, and a 25 minute drive to the Kolob Canyon entrance. Bryce Canyon National Park was only a 2 hour drive making this an easy day trip. There are also lots of state parks in the area with plenty of beautiful hiking trails. There are 2 heated pools and spas available for guests and it was lovely to relax in the spa after a long day of hiking. The only downside to our week was that it was spring break so the spas and pools were crowded with little kids. It would be nice if the homeowners association made one pool and spa adults only, at least in the evening. If we travel to Southern Utah again in the future, we would love to stay at Fantastic Getaway again!!

Practically perfect in every way!

Our family of 7 stayed for 5 days and have absolutely no complaints! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The selection of movies were great, there were tons of cups, plates, bowls, silverware and everything else needed for cooking. We were there during Easter, so the pool area was hopping all the time, but it was still a nice place to lay out and let the kids play. We hope to come back again next year!

Great home to stay in…

The house was exactly as pictured and gave us a perfect place to unwind after exploring Zion. Any questions we had were answered quickly-I have no complaints whatsoever. :) There were 7 of us and there was plenty of space.

Best VRBO experience we've ever had

Came for a girl's trip with 5 adult women. We were all happy with the VRBO and no one in our group had any issues/complaints to send to the host. (First time for our group) Perfectly clean, well stocked kitchen of dishes and cooking ware, everyone felt their beds and pillows were comfortable, plenty of towels and blankets, beautiful and safe feeling neighborhood, great community pool and hot tub, easy entry and clear instructions from host. Truly had zero complaints, we loved it. Would feel lucky to stay here again. This host has figured out what people want with their VRBO experience! Thank you!

Excellent stay - beautiful home - exceeded our expectations in every way!

We had the good fortune of finding this beautiful home and booked it on short notice. The owner was gracious in allowing us to stay on short notice, but the best part was the home itself. The home is brand new - literally - and is located next to a golf course. Our kids swam in the 88 degree heated pool in January - they were in heaven. Everything inside the home is first class -- flat screen TVs and Blu-Ray players in every room, an amazing kitchen full of every dish or appliance you could need. As a mountain biker, I had a hand full of great trails just one exit down the freeway off of Washington Parkway -- no need to head into the heart of St. George. We loved this place and will be back for sure -- hopefully very soon!

Great stay!

The location was fabulous. The neighborhood was very put together. The fishing pond was so fun and the two pools and two hot tubs were heated and very comfortable despite it being a bit chilly. The home was very very clean and had everything we needed for cooking. There were a few things that were overlooked that made our stay just below perfect (broken pack and play, not enough swim towels, very dull knives, missing remote batteries, smoke alarm went off every time we used the oven which didn’t bake evenly, toaster struggled, flat pillows, no plastic cups for kids etc). But these were very small things. The grill was helpful and there was plenty of seating for everyone to use while eating. Communication was so quick. There was shampoo, conditioner and soap and the laundry and dishwasher pods were available. Overall we would totally recommend staying here!
