Lovely Studio Apartment .

The Studio was so vomfortable and warm even had an electric blanket. Its so central to the town of Peebles everything is easy to get to.There is lots to see around the countryside . Julie was a wonderful host , I would definately stay again.

A return trip to home from home in Peebles

We travelled with our 2 dogs to stay in this exceptional, cosy apartment again, situated in an idyllic location near the River Tweed. Everything that one could need is to hand, complete with instructions. After a long journey, we were welcomed by delicious sweet snacks, spotlessly clean surroundings and a comfortable bed. We enjoyed watching the birds visiting the feeder in the back garden! It was the perfect place for a short break for 2 people.

Perfect location for Peebles

The river Tweed right on your doorstep and the fabulous walks around the river. Peebles is a great town and this cosy studio has everything you could possible need provided for you. Thank you :)

Perfect Studio Flat

Lovely flat in ideal location next to park & river. The flat was very clean, cosy & comfortable with full range of kitchen utensils. . We also took our springer spaniel. Our host Julie was lovely and could not be more helpful. Flat is near centre of town. Thank you Julie for a lovely holiday.

Fantastic accommodation in a great location

A cosy property with everything needed for a short stay in Peebles. Superb location by the Tweed with shops, restaurants and pubs a short walk away. Definitely recommend this property for a couple and hope to be able to stay here again.

Good location

Ideally situated for Peebles and surrounding area, the property was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our visit and the host was very accommodating and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, even the weather was perfect

Home away from Home

A lovely studio walking distance to beautiful shops and wonderful restaurants. Julie provided everything that we could have needed. We travelled to/from Edinburgh via bus - it was so easy. Would definitely stay again if we get a chance.traveled

Beautiful Peebles

They property was very clean and very well equipped . it is It is on the small side but has everything needed for short stay. The shower is lovely and everywhere was very clean. The biggest benefit is being so close to the river and the beautiful walks around the river. The town had lots of good restaurants and lovely shops.

Great accommodation in a fabulous position. Beautiful long walks from the door and access to the busy high street 2minutes away with Lovely independent shops and cosy cafes. We both thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back

Cosy Apartment!

We stayed here for three days, and this Studio has everthing you need for a self catering holiday. Situated in a great location for walks along the tweed, and into the town. I can recommend, suited for a couple.

Cozy and Comfortable

My daughter, Marty the cat and I needed a convenient but welcoming place for only 1 night. This studio was perfect. It had everything we could possibly want to make our visit easy and stress free. It was in a great location in lovely Peebles. We would highly recommend.

I grew up 12 miles from Peebles in a small beautiful village. After living in Edinburgh , then Glasgow I returned to my roots, ie. The Scottish Borders. I enjoy the scenic walks with my dog and proximity to Edinburgh, and North Berwick on the east coast. I enjoy the local culture, gardening and growing my own vegetables. I also visit Portugal regularly.
