Sunny Palm Beach pool view king room located in a historical hotel in the heart of Palm Beach island and a short walk to the beach. Walk almost everywhere, to the beach, restaurants, supermarket, boutique shops, museums. The condo complex has a heated pool, gorgeous lobby, 24 Hr, concierge, day spa and laundry room, a five stars restaurant and a French cafe in building, Breakers, and Mar-A - Lago club within 10 minutes driving distance.

-AMAZING LOCATION; 15 minutes from WPB Airport. No Car Needed on the the island.

-This is a private 271 sq ft King bed studio condo with a full private bathroom. You will have the entire place to yourself.

-We have a street parking pass (if you are driving and want to use it you must ask for details). There is a Publix market across the street with all of the food and drink including a great wine selection for your stay at the beach.

The apartment is equipped with;

-Adjustable King bed with freshly laundered sheets, blankets and pillows

-Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow drier

-Fresh towels

-Keurig coffee machine with coffee and supplies

-Breakfast bar with microwave, dishes, cups and flatware

-Mini Fridge

-Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella

-Colorful beach towels

-Roku Smart TV with apps and basic cable

-Wifi in unit and throughout building

-AC and Dehumidifier that you control

-Iron and mini iron board

-Keyless entry with Key fob for late night access to the building

All you need are your clothes. If you need supplies, just walk across the street to the Publix supermarket. They even have prepared foods and wine.

Covid 19 requirements; all visitors/guests to our building will be required to wear face masks at all times while in the lobby, hallways and elevators. Please bring appropriate face wear for your visit.
The pool is open with a limit on the number of guests and social distancing required.

Important Note; Regarding Cleaning. For the safety of our guests and cleaners. Your unit will be made up with clean sheets and towels when you arrive and will have been properly cleaned following protocols for Covid-19. There is a laundry room in the building and Publix shopping market across the street, they will have soaps and supplies. If you want cleaning it may be able to be arranged but will be an additional charge paid directly to the cleaning company and there will be safety procedures the cleaners will need to follow. Please ask for details.

-if you are staying more than seven days there will be additional cleaning charges based on the stay and your needs. Please discuss this with me in advance of booking.
