We walked in to a welcome bottle of champagne!! The host was wonderful and so responsive. View magnificent!! Can’t say enough about how great our stay was!! Games a deal breaker! Played them every night!

Great property for a large family or group. Several communal areas around the house. Game room and theater room are certainly highlights. Also enjoyed the fire pit. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Blackberry Vista. The views are spectacular, the home is spacious yet cozy, and the amenities are delightful. The home is conveniently located to all activities, dining, shopping, etc. We would gladly stay here again!

Micro-wedding Stay

Our family had a great week at this lovely home. Unfortunately, the dishwasher broke down during our stay but Julia was prompt as possible at getting a new one installed by mid-week. The home has three sitting areas so everyone can find a quiet place to relax. The view is stunning and we enjoyed watching 3 World Cup Matches in the Movie Theater. We also had a great time in the well equipped game room. One word of caution. The king size beds are very high. I found a folding step stool that I had to use to get in and out of the bed on the main floor master. The downstairs king bedroom had an even higher bed (over 38 inches) and my daughter had to use the nearby weigh bench to get in and out of bed. The beds were very comfortable but come prepared for the height. We hope to be able to return for another stay soon.

Wonderful house. The arcade game room is amazing. Easy access for a mountain home. Having the local host check things in person at arrival was a nice touch. Bedrooms divide up nicely for multiple family units. We are already thinking about another stay.

Mountaineer Graduation Celebration

We had a GREAT time…the home was awesome! Very clean, huge space, well appointed and the game room was a big hit! Mega kudos to the Arcadian team for all their assistance and quick responses during our visit. Would definitely stay here again! Next time for an even longer stay!!!

The hosts were amazing. They were quick to respond to messages. When we had some trouble with the snow and driveway they sent someone over to help out. We had 12 adults and we didn’t leave the house the whole weekend. There was always something to do. We have already started talking about going back.

This is a really great house in a great location, would definitely stay here again. Good lay out for a large, mulit generational group, well stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture. And very thorough and propmt communication from the host. Checked all our boxes

Thanksgiving in the NC Mountains

It was wonderful. Plenty of room and things to do for all ages. The pictures in the ads had some people apprehensive but the cabin was so much better. It is a great location and was awesome for our family reunion. We love it and need to return as soon as we can.

Annual Mountain Reunion

The house had everything we needed! Amazing views and no scary road to get there. Perfect house, close to Blowing Rock and plenty to do. Pizza oven as promised. Host was very accommodating. Adult kids are already asking us to book it again for next year.

Will book again and again

There are simply too many good to say about this house. It’s beautiful, fun, clean, and has anything you could need. The location is perfectly situated between Blowing Rock & Boone and the views are stunning. Our group of 12 ranged from 7 months to 80 years old and it was loved by all. I will share this property far and wide & can’t wait to book again.
