Förvirrad är en rymlig takvåning med två våningar som erbjuder det bästa av ny urbanism. Denna enhet ligger på tredje och fjärde våningen i 25 Central Square-byggnaden i hjärtat av Seaside, och erbjuder panoramautsikt över viken som du kan njuta av från din egen balkong eller tre gemensamma områden.

25 Central Square är en bostads-kommersiell byggnad designad av två av USA: s ledande arkitekter, Rodolfo Machado och Jorge Silvetti. Det fick Massachusetts Design Award 1991 och Progressive Architecture Citation 1993.

Bewildered har två sovrum och två fulla bad samt ett pulverrum och sover sex personer. Ligger bredvid stranden och Mexikanska golfen, är du också bara några steg från Seasides ikoniska shopping och restauranger.

Entrénivån har ett fullt utrustat kök med kök med kylskåp, diskmaskin, spis, ugn och mikrovågsugn. Med passera genom fönster till vardagsrummet och entrén är köket mitt i denna nivå. Matsalen har ett bord med sex stolar, skänk och utsikt över bukten. Det rymliga vardagsrummet har en bäddsoffa för drottning, 3 extra sidostolar, lampa, Bose stereosystem och LCD-TV. Också höghastighets trådlöst internet. Utanför vardagsrummet finns en privat balkong med cafébord och 2 stolar för att luta dig tillbaka och njuta av viken över viken, vindar och solnedgångar. Liten tvättskåp med stapelbar tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Pulverrum.

På övervåningen finns ett drottning sovrum med två nattbord, 2 sidostolar, armoire, lampa, inbyggda garderober och lådor och ett privat badrum med fåfänga diskbänk och stor dusch. Det andra sovrummet har 2 enkelsängar, byrå, sidostol och nattduksbord med lampa. Utsikt över viken från båda sovrummen över taket av havet. Hallbad har dusch. Båda sovrummen har en privat uteplats på taket med två stolar i teak.

Det finns en hiss till tredje våningen. Väl inne i takvåningen finns trappor upp till sovrummen och takterrassen.

Perfect Location in Paradise!

Leave the car parked and walk to everything Seaside has to offer! The size, space and amenities of this home were perfect for our family of 4 and I love that the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to entertain, make meals to eat in and store any leftovers. Homeowner's Collection is exceptionally responsive and leaves detailed instructions for everything and is in regular communication checking in on your stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking to vacation in Seaside.

Bewildered No More Penthouse

Our stay at this Seaside property was wonderful.This was our first, but definitely not last to Seaside.It was fabulous that my teenage girls could walk to and from the beach and pools, and just check in every couple of hours and I felt like they were safe in the community. It was so nice being able to walk to shop and eat, without ever having to move the car. The penthouse we stayed in was gorgeous! Everything in it was top of the line and beautiful, with still being cozy and comfortable. The soaker tub was absolutely AMAZING!! The only reason I gave the overall experience rating four stars, is because there were no luggage carts available to bring your stuff in and out for our arrival and departure. Frankly I was shocked that there were not even a few for guest use. For someone with a disability, like myself, multiple trips up and down is quite taxing. However, I am looking forward to our next stay in one of The Homeowner's Collection properties! Next time I will just make sure there is a master suite on the first floor so I can save my knees and energy for walking around the square and shopping:)

From the amenities of Bewildered No More to its location (perfection!) to the Seaside community as a whole, we cannot wait for our return next summer! The size and layout of the proper was perfect for our family of 4, it was immaculate, and the customer service from Homeowner's Collection was prompt and helpful. This home is directly above the coffee shop and other great stores, directly across from the amphitheater where there were such fun events for kids, great restaurants and food trucks and directly across the street from the Coleman Pavilion beach access gate. My only recommendation would be to provide ear plugs and/or sound machines to block out some of the noise from the street and alley. Though it generally subsides around 10:30, voices carry to this corner unit. That said, we would absolutely stay in the unit again! 10/10 would recommend.

Convenient but noisy!

Good location for the property, unit was a corner unit on back street which proved to be noisy with early morning delivery trucks, hearing people on the street talking and walking into weee hours. Busy season, curfew for teens but they are out past it every night. Easy to get to everything quickly, in the mix of everything. If your looking for that this place is perfect….if you want quite choose something not off main streets! Management has plenty to choose from, they are great!

My friends and I stayed three nights for a quick Mom/friend getaway, and we can’t say enough good things about the property! It was just as the pictures looked, and the location was even better in person! It was the best time in the best place!

Best spot for bride!

We had enough space to comfortably entertain downstairs and then have the upstairs for some privacy to get ready. Everything is new and freshly renovated and the views are spectacular. Downstairs was perfect for me to get hair and makeup done and the 3 bathrooms are critical for when people come visit. The bathrooms are all brand new and people loved the space, as we did! The kitchen has lots of plates and glasses to help entertain, and our guests also loved the outdoor space upstairs. 5 stars!!!! Best rental so far!!!

Property is great

but the management company under performed. Didn't give access to elevator on welcome info. They just continued to blame the holiday for their failures. They were unable and unwilling to solve internet/television issues on Jan 1. A place this nice and expensive should have a basic cable TV package as a back up and not rely totally on Wi-Fi. Despite the management company deficiencies the place is fanstastic. Nice high end finishes and furnishings. The location is also unbeatable.

Fantastic Stay

I enjoyed cooking one evening and the kitchen was completely stocked. The home was beautifully decorated. We had a few questions and Homeowners Collection management quickly answered. The only thing I could say is that the master bedroom lined side lamps were beautiful but we’re little heaters! We couldn’t keep them on at night to read. Very minor and probably great in the winter time but maybe change those out for the summer months?! Absolutely loved this place. 5 minute walk to beach and city center out the front door!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s a charming little condo in the heart of Seaside. Downstairs is a little bit choppy but very cute and quaint. Both bedrooms are upstairs, and they have a full bath upstairs and an en-suite in master. There is also a half bath downstairs. All bathrooms could use an upgrade along with kitchen but they did the trick. Loved the location. You could walk everywhere from there.

Family Vacation

Great little apartment for the family. Rooms are large and comfortable. Several patio areas with views of the water. Only complaint is that some of the windows probably need to be replaced as they are foggy and hurt the nice view from the bedrooms. Parking is an issue also, if you find a spot by the building grab it and don’t move.
