Great beach getaway

We had a great long weekend, the property is just as described. The location is right in the heart of Rosemary beach and steps away from the beach entrance.

We loved our stay, it was perfect. The carriage hosue was lovely, and the proximity to the beach and restaurants couldn’t be any better. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The best place we’ve stayed in Rosemary! Perfect place for small families and couples.

This is our third trip to Rosemary and by far our favorite accommodation! The location is perfect - an easy, quick walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and pools, even with little ones. We traveled with our toddler and 9 month old and it was the perfect size. We especially loved all the thoughtful touches - children’s books (all beach themed), blocks, puzzles, games, and beach/pool toys, chairs, etc. There were bikes available for use too. An outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach (and it’s warm)! The beds were all comfortable too. We drove and way overpacked - the home had everything we needed and more! No detail was overlooked. The photos do not do it justice - the home is much more spacious and beautiful in person. We will definitely return next year and are already planning our next trip! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and sharing your home with our family! Our son was so sad to leave all the books, blocks, and of course, the beach!

Perfect Location

Beautiful property that is in a perfect location. Can view the ocean from the front porch and through the windows in the loft area. The house looks directly at the Pearl Hotel and is just a 3-5 min walk to one of the parks and pools. Ideal location and property to fully enjoy Rosemary.

My wife and I attended the 30 Songwriters Festival and wanted a place near the venue with close proximity to shopping and restaurants. The New Providence carriage house was excellent! We will be back!!

Great family trip

Took our first trip as a family of four and our first time to Rosemary beach and could not have been more pleased with our stay. We have two young children and the carriage house was perfectly equipped for them including an adorable bunk bed room, pack n play, and high chair. The location of this carriage house could not be beat. Would absolutely stay here again if we make it back to Rosemary!

Perfect family week

This was our second time staying at the carriage house, and it was magical yet again. The space was perfect for our family of four, the location absolutely cannot be beat, and the recent renovations added a new level of luxury to the house. We’ll definitely be back!

Last minute vacation

My husband and I planned a last minute trip to Rosemary Beach. I was pleasantly surprised to find this carriage house available. The location is perfect. We could walk to all the restaurants. The closeness to the beach was a huge bonus. The carriage was perfect!

Wonderful Thanksgiving in Rosemary

Such a lovely property in a great location - easy, quick beach access and dining/shopping just steps away. My teenage daughter loved that not only could we walk to the Pearl from the carriage house, we could see it from the wraparound deck. Kitchen is small but efficient and well-stocked. Beds were relatively comfortable with nice linens. We drove from ATL and given the guidance around the tight spacing in the garage, we didn't drive our SUV so decided to leave our beach chairs at home - we were happy to see the exact same Tommy Bahama chairs we own available for our use in the garage. We'll definitely consider staying again in the future.

Really, really great.

This carriage home could not be more perfect for a family of four. Curious that it lists as max 4 guests when there are 3 single beds in the loft but it would be tight beyond 5 anyway. The kitchen is small but totally functional if you want to cook. If you want to eat out, Main Street is a half block away and the Seacrest restaurants are a 5 minute walk. Most importantly, the house is directly on walkover H boardwalk and three houses from the beach. If you want to save money and bring their very nice beach chairs down yourself, there is a first come first served area in front of the walkover sandwiched between the green reserved RB chair setups. Enjoy!

Favorite Rental Property Ever

My two best friends and I rented the carriage house for the weekend and it was PERFECT for the three of us. Exactly as advertised.Tom made sure we were all set with the beach chairs/umbrellas and bikes. He was so helpful and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was cozy, the wrap-around porch was perfect for morning coffee, and the location was to die for. The quickest walk to the beach and all of the shops in Rosemary. 10/10 recommend. I'm glad I read other comments saying to rent a smaller car because anything bigger than our Toyota Camry wouldn't have fit in the garage.
