Great location

It is easy to stay at River Run. Gondola is a short walk away and anything and everything you need for your ski vacation is available in the village.

Good location, but needs updates

The location was great, very walkable to ski hill. Nice having two bathrooms for our family stay But the place was lacking basic kitchen tools, needed a deep cleaning and had a leaky toilet.

Great Location, Condo Needs some TLC

Love this location and have stayed in this building before.This time, the check-in process was a nightmare. We were given a 10-digit code for the room door, NOT the 4-digit lockbox, which is what we needed first to get the keycard for the building door. We called in and were given the codes; first lockbox was empty, 2nd lockbox had a card - both had different codes - neither of which we were given originally.Some of the units are dated, and this is one of them. One brand-new couch was lovely; the other two were VERY worn. The carpet seems original to the unit, it was very worn, dirty, and stretched. I did not want to set anything on it. A smoke detector was MIA in the 2nd bedroom, and no remotes had batteries that worked. These issues did not ruin our trip - we wouldn't let that happen. It's a shame for such a great condo/location to be overlooked with little things that could be fixed to make it AWESOME.

Property is really nice, location is good, a little farther from the gondola than I thought but still convenient. Check in process was the only bad part: lock box combination to get access cards which expired the next day. A little confusing who to call for help .Overall would stay there again

Mouse in the room

There was a mouse in one of the bedrooms, the TV didn't work on the main room for two days. We stay every year at places and this is the first place their wasn't enough silverware, some of the dishes were dirty in the cabinet, two pans still had greace.on them, there were no board games and the mouse in the guest bedroom was concerning. The balcony was nice, the fireplace worked and location was great.

Not happy

This unit was not as advertised. It claims to sleep 7 but our kids had to sleep on the floor since the sleeper sofa was broken. It had 6 towels for 7 people. 6 forks, a broken toaster, leaking toilets and very outdated. Not enough blankets for 7 people and just not as expected for the amount we paid.

Locked out of building during our entire rental period.

Locked out of building, parking garage, common area and room. No one was available to help us. We tried all avenues of communication (text, email, phone, emergency/after hours). No response. I cant believe how difficult this stay was and how it impacted our vacation.

I never received the code for key card to.get in building. It would have been been.nice to have more than one.. The keypad to get in room was confusing and didnt lock. We realized our room was unlocked all night. I reported that 6 coffee cups were dirty and crusty. We let them soak and put in the dishwasher when we left. We go to Keystone every year for this festival and this is the first time using VRBO.. I am not sure i will do it again. Other companies are much easier to get keys and no door codes. Thank you

It's the little things

This place would be great for 2 couples and maybe a kid. the pullout couch was broken when we got there and the twin pullout was a joke. Vacasa is the managing company and they offered a 25% refund due to the issues we had. I have yet to see that refund and this is the second time dealing with Vacasa and having issues. The pillows were completely flat and so uncomfortable. The living area is really small but the 3 couches make it nice to have more seating. You have to rearrange the furniture in the living area to utilize the pullout couches and when you do then there is very little room to maneuver anywhere in the living/dining area. The floors were stained and looked dirty. We utilized the full/queen air mattress they provided and it took up the entire living area. We had 7 people staying in this rental which the listing said it would sleep and it was pretty cramped and really unfeasible. We had 3 adults, 16 year old, and 3 more kids ranging from 8 to 11. Best part about this place is the fact they offered 2 garage parking passes. This is unheard of. So I give them props for this.

Close to everything

This place was clean and very convenient and close to the little village that had plenty of cute places to eat & shop, and just about a four minute walk to the gondola. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

Expedition Station/ River Run

2 beds 2 baths, nice place. location is good, 3 min walk to starbucks @ ski rental shops, restaurants, bar, shopping etc. Gondola is literally a short- 1 football field walk away. The free underground parking is great, and the place has a geated pool, steamroom gym etc. (I didnt use them, but they are easily accessible with your room key.)

Beautiful & relaxing condo with easy walk to Gondola!

I usually commute from Denver to ski, but when I saw this condo I decided to splurge and take the whole family up for a mini 3 night vacation. The whole family enjoyed it and my twin boys got to try skiing for the first time! We enjoyed dining at the Zuma Roadhouse (Mahi fish tacos were awesome). It's a 3 min walk from the condo too! We relaxed in the hot tub after a day of skiing to ensure our muscles were ready for the next day! The condo had everything we needed from paper towels, coffee maker, measuring spoons, corkscrews as well as a great view of the ski slopes and it overlooks the ice skating rink! We hope to return sometime very soon!

Perfect Location

We stayed here MLK weekend 1/12/18. Awesome condo in a great location. Directly in Keystone village. Norski Sports ski rental shop right across the street. Less than a 2 block walk to board the main Keystone gondola. Pretty view of Keystone mountain - can see the Keystone night skiers under the mountain lights. Keystone ice rink right across the street too. Condo was well equipped for cooking. Comfortable gas cozy gas fireplace with LCD TV and large selection of channels on cable TV. Enjoyed staying in and just hanging after long day on slopes. Don't have to mess with public parking lots at Keystone that sometimes fill up in am. Nice heated garage spot right below unit. Heated pool, hot tub, sauna, pool table right in building. We stayed with 5 guests. Would comfortably sleep 6. Look forward to staying here again sometime!
