With an open-design, the living area blends seamlessly into a fully-equipped kitchen and charming banquette dining space.
The primary bedroom comes complete with a KING bed and private bath for resting up after the day's adventure. If you need to sleep another guest or two, the living room also features a comfortable sleeper-sofa.
A stay at The Monet Villa means you can spend days on the beach or exploring the lush Maritime forest that makes Kiawah Island a favorite destination. You're just a 5 minute walk from the beach, plus nearby to Night Heron Park, The Nest Market, and the acclaimed Roy Barth Tennis Center.

Every property in our portfolio is designed to host only vacation guests, and guests of Luxury Simplified Retreats are expected to abide by the rules and NOISE ORDINANCE enforced by the Town of Kiawah Island. Those that violate the terms of occupancy, host events, and/or parties will result in immediate loss of use. The Monet Villa is a NO SMOKING property. No exceptions. The Monet Villa does NOT allow pets. No exceptions.
Access
Each of our luxury vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guest's stay will be provided by your Concierge on the date of your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone. Every vehicle MUST have a gate pass to access Kiawah Island. The Town of Kiawah Island allows each reservation to give up to one (1) gate pass per stay. No exceptions.
Interaction
Upon arrival, after the established 4PM check-in time, you may enter and exit the rental at your leisure. Your Concierge will meet you at the property upon check-in and provide valuable information about the home. Should an in-person meeting not work out, your Concierge will provide you with all the instructions you will need. We are here to make the check-in process a seamless one!

Our concierge team is committed to delivering exceptional service, impeccable cleanliness and all the amenities of your everyday home. With each stay you will enjoy high thread count linens, spa quality towels, hair dryer, ironing board, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker and Keurig, kitchen cookware and utensils, shower toiletries and soaps, extra linens and towels, air conditioning, cable, and wireless internet, and more. With our concierge services you can choose to have our team handle all the details of your trip. From stocking your refrigerator to reserving beach equipment, there isn't much our Concierge team can't help you with during your stay. And should you need any recommendations, it would be our pleasure to provide suggestions for restaurants, make reservations, organize activities, and answer any questions.
We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through Rental Guardian. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).
At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check-in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.
The Town of Kiawah Island has a noise ordinance from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily. Please be mindful of your neighbors. Noise complaints can result in fines and rental termination.
