Plum Lazy - Kort promenad till stranden, steg till Ruskin Park & Seaside Amphitheatre

Plum Lazy är bekvämt beläget bakom Ruskin Place Artist Colony och nära butikerna och restaurangerna på Central Square. Det är en underbart inredd och dekorerad stuga. På första våningen finns ett öppet bekvämt vardagsrum, en matplats och ett fullt utrustat uppdaterat kök. På övervåningen har master king sovrummet ett privat badrum (endast dusch) och det andra sovrummet har en drottning och två enkelsängar som delar ett badrum med full hall. För att njuta av den friska luften finns det en liten öppen veranda vid ingången och en öppen möblerad veranda på andra våningen. För ytterligare alternativ kan den angränsande 2-sovrumsstugan, Plum Crazy (anslutna med verandor), också hyras för att bilda 4-sovrumsstugan, Plum Lucky.

Plum Amazing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this two bedroom vacation home for a long weekend for a wedding. It was a perfect house! We were walking distance to the plaza with restaurants and shopping, walking distance to the beach and walking distance to the wedding reception. The house was charming, in perfect condition and came with several amenities including two bikes which we were able to use to tour the whole area. There was plenty of room for the three of us with two bedrooms, a king size bed and a queen size bed. I would definitely return.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental home is in a perfect location and has great potential. The problem is that they put zero mantanance into the place. Simple stuff. Most all of the pull handles on the drawers were loose. The shower glass door shower handle was about to fall off. The vanity door hinge was broken. The yard and crows nest had leftover trash all over. Ice maker wasn't working. This is very simple maintenance but it is ignored. Break out a screwdriver and tighten the place up. I would not recommend this place or return without a maintenance plan in place. Oh, and the mattresses were terrible. For these prices,I want a good night sleep.

Everything was very clean and completely met our expectations.
