The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances and large island for extra seating.The kids bunk room is on this first level and includes two twin over twin bunks, sleeping four total guests. There is a full bath on this level as well.

Head on up to the second level to the Primary Suite which is complete with a king size bed, private en suite and private balcony. The Primary En-Suite includes two sinks and a glass enclosed shower with dual shower heads. Enjoy the balcony views of the live oak canopy which is unique to this area of Seagrove beach! The queen guest bedroom is on this second level as well and is equipped with a queen size bed and private en suite. The en suite bathroom has a single sink and tiled tub/shower combo. 

The cozy screened in porch is a must on 30A and has ample seating for everyone. There is a dining table for four, a couch, two chairs and a porch bed swing. Enjoy the TV on the porch as a second living area or step outside the screened in porch to enjoy the backyard and grilling area!

4) This property has 3 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
5) LSV Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach.
