Öppen bottenvĂ„ning plan. Stora sovrum pĂ„ bĂ„da nivĂ„erna med king size-sĂ€ngar i skum. TV: er i bĂ„da mĂ€starna. Fullt utrustat kök. Matsal. UtomhusdĂ€ck och balkong utanför övervĂ„ningen. Med utsikt över halv tunnland mycket. Perfekt för din resa, kort eller lĂ„ngvarig vistelse.

Helt otrolig utsikt över horisonten om du gÄr lite lÀngs gatan. Tyst gata, frÀmst familjer.

Detta Àr ett privat, fristÄende hem pÄ ungefÀr en halv tunnland. Helt inhÀgnad med vit vinylskyddstaket.

Det finns en godstÄglinje som ligger ungefÀr en mil frÄn fastigheten, och motorns visselpipa hörs nÀr tÄgen passerar igenom. Jag har inte hört det under kvÀllen, men det Àr möjligt. Jag har lagt till vita brusmaskiner och öronproppar om du Àr en lÀtt sovhytt för att hjÀlpa bara för fall.

Perfectly located

This was a great little stay that had plenty of room for our family. We appreciated the space of the king sized beds.The property was closely located to grocery stores and the freeway which we took often.

Lovely Charlotte

We stayed in Charlotte a couple days on our way to Washington DC and this was the perfect place for my family of 6. Communication with the owner was great, wonderful property, my kids asked if we could stay there again one day!

Graduation trip

We arrived at the house at 3am the first night and left early to drive to WV and arrived back at 11:30 pm the second night and left at 9 am the next morning so we did not get a chance to enjoy the amenities but was happy was our stay

Pros: host is quick to respond; conveniently close to Charlotte Convention CenterCons: smelled like bug spray; no screens on the windows around large dining table; one ply toilet paper; grass was not cut and up to my shins; a train goes by that sounds like it is in your bedroom multiple times in the night; bug traps all over kitchen with bugs in them; garbage on the ground near garbage cans upon arrival; beds in rooms on first floor aren't actual mattresses, they are stacked foam pads; shower upstairs is incredibly small; electrical outlets are questionable, not even flat against the wall; host became very defensive when questioned about the condition of vrbo; pictures on vrbo don't accurately show property

Our stay

We had a less than stellar experience. It was not as pictured and definitely not clean. Missing doorknobs, someone else’s leftovers in the microwave, and no toilet paper refills. Would not recommend.

Exactly what we needed

This place was exactly what we needed after driving in from Buena Vista VA, on our way to the airport. We would have liked to stay a couple nights and enjoy the property but this time is was just a one night stay. We would stay here again if traveling through NC.

Not the worst

The overall stay was okay. The hot tub didn’t look that clean so we didn’t use it. The downstairs shower has a window in it that’s covered in mold. I felt the property could have been cleaner. However it was only a one night stay for us so wasn’t gonna stress it.

Not a good place to stay

When we arrived the place was not cleaned at all. The cleaner came and we could not get into the house for another hour. The place was very dingy and I would not recommend staying here at all
