Välkommen till vårt vackert utformade, bekvämt inredda hem med fyra sovrum som ligger några minuter från SouthEnd (gångbart område med en vänlig atmosfär + matalternativ från snygg till avslappnad). Öppen bottenvåning plan. Stora sovrum på båda nivåerna med king size-sängar i skum. TV: er i båda mästarna. Fullt utrustat kök. Matsal. Utomhusdäck och balkong utanför övervåningen. Med utsikt över halv tunnland mycket. Perfekt för din resa, kort eller långvarig vistelse.

Helt otrolig utsikt över horisonten om du går lite längs gatan. Tyst gata, främst familjer.

Detta är ett privat, fristående hem på ungefär en halv tunnland. Helt inhägnad med vit vinylskyddstaket.

Det finns en godståglinje som ligger ungefär en mil från fastigheten, och motorns visselpipa hörs när tågen passerar igenom. Jag har inte hört det under kvällen, men det är möjligt. Jag har lagt till vita brusmaskiner och öronproppar om du är en lätt sovhytt för att hjälpa bara för fall.

Not the worst

The overall stay was okay. The hot tub didn’t look that clean so we didn’t use it. The downstairs shower has a window in it that’s covered in mold. I felt the property could have been cleaner. However it was only a one night stay for us so wasn’t gonna stress it.

I loved it until....

Our start at the Sweet Pea was cool overall. However, we had several moments where we didn't enjoy it. Number 1; we were uncomfortable with the number of windows that did not have either blinds or curtains. We felt like people could see in while we were relaxing in the front room. The grass in the back yard was not cut and there was dog waste in the grass. Lastly, there was pretty hair on the upstairs beds and the sofa. Causing most of us to have severe allergies. Lastly, we saw small roaches in the kitchen on the countertop and in the panty crawling on a bag of sugar, that we threw out. While we did like the house, these things took away from our stay.

Exactly what we needed

This place was exactly what we needed after driving in from Buena Vista VA, on our way to the airport. We would have liked to stay a couple nights and enjoy the property but this time is was just a one night stay. We would stay here again if traveling through NC.

Not a good place to stay

When we arrived the place was not cleaned at all. The cleaner came and we could not get into the house for another hour. The place was very dingy and I would not recommend staying here at all

Some things were not working properly

Place was not clean, could not find remotes, fan in master bedroom did not work, doors did not close all the way, and the place had an odor.

Short stay

We were allowed early access to the house which was appreciated. We were there for less than 24 hours so did not use the ample back yard or hot tub. An older home with it's quirks. The temperature in the house was a little tricky to regulate but manageable. The upstairs TV did not work I believe because there was not a remote that we could get to work. We appreciated the coffee for our early am check out.

Sweet pea is totally sweet!

We stayed here with our 6 grown and 1 teen children and went to a concert at the Spectrum Center. This property couldn’t have been more perfect! Beautiful. Clean, super comfortable. Lots of extras. And unlike many properties minimal requests before you leave. It could not have been more perfect!

Great location and beautiful yard

The house was super cute inside, great location in the city, and the back yard was such a wonderful place for the dogs and kids to run around and relax with coffee in the morning. We had four adults, five kids and two dogs and were so comfortable here!

Wedding visit

The location was great! It was within 10 min of downtown and the airport. The neighborhood felt a little sketchy and not one I felt comfortable being out alone in especially since I like to walk in the mornings. The neighborhood is the only reason I would not stay here again especially with younger kids. The house was nice but bathrooms definitely needed a deep cleaning. Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Sweet Little Stay

The house and property are well kept and in a great location to downtown area. There was plenty of space for the 7 of us total that had stayed in the house (4 adults, 3 kids). The bedrooms had plenty of space and comfortable. The back deck was nice for an early morning coffee before getting your day started. Would highly recommend.

Pretty good experience

We appreciated the spacious home in Charlotte. It was easy to get to and the check in process was a breeze. Overall we had a good experience. We were a little disappointed that the grass was overgrown. Beyond that we are grateful.
