Vackert uppdaterad lägenhet! Har en bekväm drottningssäng, bäddsoffa i läder, eldstad. Njut av några hemlagade måltider i hela köket. Komplett badkar med dusch / badkar combo. Det finns också en vinter-skyttelbuss som avgår kl 9:05 och återvänder från skärselden kl 16:05.

Avbokningsregler: En betalning på $ 300 krävs vid bokningstillfället. Denna $ 300-betalning tillämpas på det totala förfallna beloppet och återbetalas endast inom 72 timmar efter det att bokningen gjordes. Most perfect mountain getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this little condo so much!! It was very clean and bright, the beds were super comfortable, the space was perfect for my family of 4, the balcony was so nice, and the bathroom was big. It was far enough away from town that it was quiet and peaceful but close enough to be convenient (w/in 20-30 min drive) The pool and hot tub were amazing, we used the gym one day too and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was super easy. Possibly our favorite place we’ve ever stayed. Also-if you are contemplating the train - DO IT!

Great place for my family’s adventures!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really great place! It was quiet and we felt like we were in a secluded place even though there was a golf course right outside and it was a condo. Fully stocked kitchen and I truly appreciated the master bedroom in its own room and not open plan. There was a grill in the balcony and we were able to buy groceries and eat at our home away from home. I have 3 older kids... we were comfortable. I slept in the master bedroom, my daughter (19) slept on the full bed in the loft, one son (16) slept on the couch, and one son (21) elected to sleep on the porch in his sleeping bag! Lol. We weren’t able to take advantage of the hot tub and sauna but my son was impressed with the gym and we would definitely stay here again. One bath was our only inconvenience. I would definitely stay here again. Would be really great during winter as a ski lodge.

Durango vacation

Very nice property by the golf course. Nice and quiet which was a plus as we were there over Memorial Day weekend. The pool was never crowded and the condo itself was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Durango Ski weekend

Beautiful condo, great location. Everything was clean and it looks exactly like the photos. We enjoyed the fireplace, the views and so nice to have a full kitchen.

Family trip

We had a great time with our two little ones on this trip. The kids loved the amenities like the indoor pool, my husband enjoyed the gym, and we all enjoyed watching the wildlife from the large windows. It’s a 20 minute quick trip into Durango for anything you need and the VRBO is well stocked with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The stairs are definitely steep but that is told ahead of time and it wasn’t an issue. The host was very kind and communicative. Would definitely stay again!

This is also a great place to work remotely too with dependable WIFI. Would stay again! :)

My Experience

We really liked this resort and the setting is beautiful! Everyone was so helpful and kind. Being a one bedroom, a king size bed may work better. Also, a welcome packet of coffee would have been nice too; have always had that at other VRBO’s. When being the second one to take a shower, there could be a little more hot water and definitely a shower mat for the tub as it was slippery when wet. Aside from the minor things, it was a Great condo! Very warm and cozy.

Needed some talc repairs

Something’s wrong

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has an offensive odor in the bedroom closet. I think it’s in the wall and needs to be dealt with.Also, the neighbors upstairs get up at 4:30 and it sounds like they are in the same room.The unit was nicely updated with pretty views but the smell in the bedroom is unacceptable.

Reviewer Comments: I like the location of this rental but very uncomfortable sofa, odd and very unholy furniture layout because of the electric stove. The deck was dirty and very noisy in the morning because of golf course maintenance. I thought the closets in the bedroom smelled. Very comfortable bed but no tv in bedroom and the bathroom was nice. We didn't use the loft but I stuck my head up there and it was hot. Sorry but I wouldn't stay there again.

Location!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable bed and nice linens- great shower and water pressure but shower liner needs to be changed as it is moldy- very limited cookware and dinnerware so its hard to cook and hard to eat- 7 mismatched dinner plates and only 3 knives! Skillet handle loose and not safe- sofa VERY uncomfortable and one end of it is broken- the bench in the bathroom has bent legs- I would give it a 3 out of 5 with 5 being the highest- Rental agency was made aware of all of these issues when we rented it for 2 weeks earlier- very disappointed nothing had changed when we rented the same unit again a couple months later for3 weeks- would not rent again until they upgrade/fix these issues

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great place to stay. Very convenient to area hiking. We were able to easily visit Ouray and Mesa Verde Park from here, and it is more peaceful than staying in town. A couple of things. The outside of all of the glassware was dusty, and I think that the cleaning service should just put everything in the dishwasher every once in awhile to prevent this. The fireplace didn't work, and we wanted to use it on one particularly cold night. The maintenance team was responsive, but could not fix it. If it never works, that should be included in the property description. Not particular to this property, but in general, big property management companies should stop asking guests to take out the trash, turn down the thermostat, wash the dishes and towels, etc., while also asking us for a large cleaning fee. For $100 and a healthy tip to the maid, we shouldn't have to worry about completing any tasks. This is a universal problem, I know.

Maybe designate 4 parking slots not three as people assume, and mark the slots for that far building.

Stay and location was good. Cleaning could have been better. Spider webs in windows, lights and corners. Patio had not been swept or chairs wiped down or table wiped down. Far end of sofa had arm separating from back so we made a point to not use that side. Dust on headboard was thick enough to write my name in it, so I cleaned it. And the closet nearest bathroom had an awe full smell like poop or really bad stinking feet. Left door open trying to air out but that did not work. Took clothes out and put back in suitcase for entire visit. Other than that, our stay was good! And I spite of the few issues, we would stay again! PS. I have pictures of everything. If you would like them.
